In the last few months, we have seen many airdrops but not all are worthy. And we don't have time to verify and join each and everyone.
There are some professional bounty sites, but those spots are getting filled in a very short time.

Because of this, we decided to build up a community, where we can help each other, discuss new projects and find out which one is worth it.
A team of 20-50 people will be attractive for bounty managers.

So let's join together and build a community. We need people with the minimum rank of Jr. Member. Active Twitter account with 700+ followers will be good. There will be Telegram and other bounties as well.

Bounty managers have more than enough pool of hunters to choose from so why do you think this group will attract them? Are you particularly recruiting for a bounty manager?

It's interesting and I'm interested to join. There's a lot of bounties and airdrops out there and sometimes we spends our time to a bounty that is not worth it this may be helpful for each and everyone of us but may I ask what's that website for? Is the website is some kind of forum as well or some group chat website?

I joined the team. Its very nice over there. Team is arranged in such a way that there are individual channels for projects they have. Team members are also very helpful in getting to know and look around in the channel. I am sure you don't regret as well if you join.

We do have 3 project going on.

There are lot of spammers or people just commenting 1-2 word like "nice project" and all for airdrops tokens, which not much useful for any project. If we highlight the features of the project say in our tweet then it will be more useful to them. We can also create Video on YouTube if needed and depend on expertise of community.
A group of smart people always useful for bounty manager.

It's is forum, where we first discuss about project, we don't want to work for scammers. So we all discussing first, if we should really help spreading the word for that project. If everyone agrees, then we reach out to bounty manager. And check for different task. We always get our stakes and its more than what airdrops hunters getting.

I will try to join but are you sure that many of the members who have joined will discuss the feasible project or not, at least I think we need experts, maybe 2-5 experts in analyzing and looking for information about the project.

Why twitter account is required to join your community? For me joining signature bounty campaign is good than joining twitter bounty campaign. I want to join your community but I dont have good twitter account.

What benefits do I get if I join your community? Are there reward to be given?
Maybe the OP must make a telegram group first to get to know and where all communities interact, because I don't easily trust new people and don't want to give personal data to strangers. Sorry

OP opened a community and this was a good goal, I think this activity will get a good response going forward. But seeing this kind of situation is still doubtful about being able to join, just a twitter account must have 700 active friends, so it's not yet criteria.

Tweeter is added advantage. So you can join the Team now. But if you want to take part of all bounties then you need to open account.

You don't have to give your personal data to us. Whatever tokens we get from project team, it will divided among contributor

Please read carefully what mentioned. Twitter will be added advantage (not mandatory). See if we have reward for 3 different task . One is telegram participants, second is twitter and say 3rd one is blog. ..but if you just take part in telegram then you will get rewards for that only.

Rewards will be paid in tokens and ETH. For getting ETH payment, one need to become premium member by showing good quality and activity in the first weeks for the tokens based projects. They are not asking for your personal details as well. You have to provide your wallet address to receive your tokens or ETH.

This is entirely true, I'm already a member of the group and their way of organizing bounties is quite different and it has a very friendly environment as the team members are always ready to help each other.

That is a good idea of you. It will be a huge help, because finding a good bounty campaign right now is so difficult, due to many scam bounties and most campaign is just a worthless project. Hopefully this platform provided will surely helps. Thank you.

May i ask what are those project you are managing now?
The intention is really good for the community, especially to bounty hunters.
I hope you can tell more before i fill up the form or join.
I just dont want to fill up for now with email address and some infos.

I will join, I have been looking forward to a community like this, I, as a bounty hunter, want to get a trusted project, I hope this forum provides it

Why do we need to build one we already have this forum, you can start a new group here or a new topic and people who like your ideas will just comment, or you can create a group in the telegram, it's much easier and people are much familiar with telegram channels.

I started my crypto life after the 2018 January. I was spend much time on bounties and the sad is Seems I have spent more than 80% of that time on worthless bounties.  :(

Now, With this community, People are discussing about upcoming projects...

The Positive effect is, I cannot read an entire whitepaper on my own, and identify all the loose / fraud points exactly.  But if there is a community, A white paper can be explored section wisely, Also more than 1 person inspect the project. Yes of course with the communicability only Worthy projects are filtered and we can start on working them without hesitation!

It's a blessing - somehow I got the chance to be with them!

I am not sure whether these details can be disclosed here. Its not about just filling the form and wait for nothing. Thats why this teams concept is very different. We all work together with good quality and deliver it to the success of the project.

Nobody in the team cares about your email address or other details. They need your wallet address to transfer your rewards and ETH sometimes later on. Also nobody will compel you to act on anything. If you are in channel and find out that the rules are not relevant or suitable for you, you can just go away without anything.

Maybe this could be a solution to deal with the many gift campaigns that appear every day, because with the presence of many campaigns we become dizzy to make choices, especially if the projects we follow do not reach hard caps and the team manager does not pay for the efforts we have done. honestly I'm interested in this idea.

Nice platform with a difference. This reminds me of time wasted in so many Bounty campaigns which are numerous but the great news here is, the rewards are good to work for. Redefining the bounty is all we need right now. 

This is a good idea because it will be very helpful if there is information about the project that can be discussed together to assess whether the project is feasible to follow or not because it is difficult to distinguish which is feasible and I think I will join because in my opinion the information I will receive is not about airdrop or bounty but also other things that are also important

This is a good idea by creating a community, hopefully it can reduce news that is not good in cryptocurency. so that it can produce tangible results that can encourage better growth. But it does not reduce the respect I have not been able to join for now. Hopefully your plan will succeed ...

Well, it is good that you are doing something that will attract Bounty Managers. Building community is good if the team will be composed of responsible and very proactive people on doing and achieving our main goal to spread awareness about the project and attract investors. I am looking forward to hearing from your created group but don't expect that everyone will join. Some people really prefer to fly solo.
