Title: Looking for mining pools outside US/Europe
Post by: lpellis on November 12, 2018, 02:52:42 PM
I built a cool little visualization of where coins are mined around the world at https://coinminingstats.com/globe , it uses the location of the pool to plot on the globe.
At the moment over 90% of all pools are either in the US or Europe, I would love to add some pools from other countries as well.

Does anyone know of any active pools in other countries?

The question is, are you looking for pools with servers outside the EU/US or for pools managed from there?

Specifically pools with servers located outside the EU/US (or even in the EU outside of France/Germany/Spain)

Great thanks, I added your pool to our list (eg DASH: https://coinminingstats.com/coin/dash-x11 )

Great. By the way, in case you are scraping our site for the stats (which is okay), we also have an API: https://coinfoundry.org/api

I am using the api, cool to see a site based on different software from the usual MPOS/yiimp :)
Only thing not exposed in the api is the stratum port for the different coins.

Hi guys,
You can also take a look at the Whalesburg mining pool and commence mining with them. With Whalesburg, No Pool Fees.
Yes! This started since 20th December, 2018 that the pool commission has been scraped!
Instead this project is offering an increased share price for each ascending tier. No matter the tier you are in, though, you will still be getting the most attractive profit on the market per monthly period.
Thanks to the pool’s superior profit switching algorithm!
