I have 160,00 USD on my payoneer account and want exchange for BTC, ETH or ADA. I want exchange only 1:1 using preev.com rate or Binance (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_USDT)

Payoneer is not the same as PayPal. So please, pay attention.

No newbies, escrow only if you pay for. If you have trust or is well know in the forum, I could send first.
