You can send anything and everything under the sun unless you're selling guns or sending on behalf of Al Qaeda :D Basically, any legitimate business which needs to promote themselves can opt for these services. You can request your sender's name or I'll use the one which is default in my system. The mailing list...that's what you have to provide. I do have the lists but I can't promise you anything out of them so it will be the best if you provide the lists.
