I think BCH War: Hardfork or Bakkt exchange makes BTC falling down.

It very well may have had an impact. The market just took a nose dive while most people were expecting an upward movement with high expectations in bakkt and Bitcoin ETF decision.

And I fear that at this rate, it might break the $5800 support which it has held for majority of this year.
The best (or only) option now would be to hodl.

It seems to have already broken the $5800 support and just shot up again.i must have missed the initial crash.

I know the dip was a shock for every one but definitely I think it's due since as BTC as rally round $6400 for a while now and this will be the third time it will hit $5800 but if break it then $4800 might be another strong support.

Let's cross fingers that this really only is a short dive!  :o

Some of the analysts say they do not expect the bitcoin price to find a floor until the second quarter of 2019, meaning that the market could face another seven months of downward pressure before conditions improve. So the BTC’s nearest future is not as bright as we would like it to be. What's more, NVTS (Bitcoin network valuation divided by transaction value) is broken below its support level, which is a classic sell signal.  So for now we'll have to observe just how it goes.

OMG the price drop again below 6k it's a bad sign happen this month, I also heard about the hack coins from cryptopia but I forgot if it's a coin or the exchange site.

I don't find any news in google about the price drop today but I am sure it won't stay too long.

This is not the only time that bitcoin drop in just a few minutes and I think sooner or later it will recover back again to 6k value above.

Bitcoin and BCH are sinking a little today, all of these coins have fallen beyond anyone's estimates, until now more and more plummeted, really aggravating the coins in 2018, I hope for the future all coins can rise in price, especially the greatest hopeBitcoin.

The drop in bitcoin price is expected as it has stayed above 6000$ for a long while. Hopefully we should expect some little upward trend after this.

Market seems to be very choppy and started to fall again. It has fallen now to 5555$ which was not expected to fall below 6k. But what holdthe next price needs to wait and see. though I have started buying again as this price seems to be very reasonable and not much down side is expected.

Many factors have contributed immensely to the down fall of Bitcoin. The recent fall on Bitcoin below it support zone today was not as a result of BCH War: Hardfork nor Bakkt exchange but the negative news from Bitcoin haters around the world. Though this condition on coinmarketcap will not last long and expecting the community to buy as much they could for another run.

Hard fork BCH is not the reason why the market of Crypto and Bitcoin has become so bad today. More information has provided that the whales are carrying out the pre-clearance process. They are trying to get the entire Bitcoin holders they hold to buy them at a low price and then they will get the pumps back on.

Well, I would panic soo much, last year on this dates we had some bearish days as well, right before the bull run we had some nice opportunities to enter good projects.
Last weeks I have seen a lot of action, ICO market is also getting hotter...

Fundamentally, the month of November has proven it again on the price of Bitcoin, at this time last year 2017 Bitcoin price fell down alongside the other coins, so, is not a surprise anymore. The falling of Bitcoin price can be trace to it haters with negative news across board but one thing is sure that Bitcoin price will move upward. Neither Bakkt exchange or BCH hardfork landed us here i presume.

    Well,those have negative thought in crypto,i think will panic again because instead the price go up in this month ,it go down again. I think it's just temporarry for a short period of time like what happened last year. I think December will be good for crypto.

Now the price has fallen to 5.4k and the support is not known. The reasons will be found, already it is easy to find persons or institutions to be blamed after fall. Maybe there was no reason, just some whales were bored.
Recently everyone was talking about the price being fixed, this decrease can be evidence for the volatility of the price.

Let's calm down!!!! BTC will soon be alright. Do not worry and leave BTC. It will soon recover.

that is common, if a coin is big like for example etherum, bch, litecoin, or another is doing hardfork, then it will impact on other coins.

Lol, almost all of those tokens will be up when hardfork happens, say when ETH and NXT hardfork. But now it's different, because of SHIT BCH hardfork, now BTC got dumped and made the price become like this

You really hit the nail on the head.  Everyone was expecting a very high upwards movement when bitcoin remain stagnant around $6200 and some times a little above. My prediction and plan was to invest when the was a bullish breakout but I was surprised when I opened my chart the day before yesterday and see that bitcoin is already below $6000 and as at today is now around $4500.
Holding is the only option we have as selling now is like feeding the big market players that are ready to take it as cheap as possible.
The end of the year is already here and we should expect recovery from next week.  I believe that bitcoin might continue to go down throughout this week.  The hardfork has really impacted the market negatively and those bitcoin cash guys are ready for anything.

Many people were shock to see this happening but it also cut me unaware as I had thought of this for long but since it has find it difficult to break $6k since March I believe that may be it has reached the bottom and seeing it happening now was a shock to me but not that serious one like some people and I believe this will only give it more space to move up stronger.

I think the primary reasons why the cryptocurrency market went down this week was due to the war in bitcoin cash and the forking, the market have Been affected greatly lately and there have not been any sighn of recovering soon as the deep has continued to get deepened. We just hope the bitcoin market will recover from this soon.
