The price of exchange coins, for example, Bgogo, Bitmax, DEX, etc, have skyrocketed in Q3 2019, proving a new trend of ICO projects: exchange coin. What do you think of this new trend? Will it exist in a long time to come? Please share your idea here :D

I think Binance started it and in my opinion, it will last forever for the simple reason that exchanges always have users regardless of the coins they have listed or how strong their userbase and for that, there will always be demand for these coins.

currently i know three icos which are exchanges and price of the coins truely depend on the project itslef and the innovation it brings to the cryptospace. the exchanges introduce the incentives to hold their coins like redcued fee or share in the profits etc and i think there are lot of investors out there who show intrest in these type of projects

Base on those coins that skyrocketed on 2017, they are still reliable for this year but its now changing. And by looking at those old days somewhere around on 2015-2016, those coins that skyrocketed by that time are now low-key coins. Which means that they became popular once but not anymore today.  

The market is unpredictable and with your example, let's say they get some boost on 2019 but you can't tell if they can retain that position by 2020.

Last year we also saw a boom in such projects but sadly the token prices have gone even below ico prices after hitting more than 20xmark, some of these projects are cobinhood, coss etc.

Exchange coins are not my first choice, unless it's binance or kucoin. There are too many exchanges and we don't have a need for so many exchanges.

I thinks the exchanges coins are just pump&dump coins because "trade mining" is a fake volumes increaser. We don't need fake trades and fake volumes because it's a bull shit!

I think that you can hold the platform tokens issued by the top exchanges, and in the long run, they should all increase their prices.

I'm sure that exchange coin will exist while exchanges will stay alive. And if this exchanges will increase their trade volume then price of coin will rise too

I participated in the advertising project Bgogo. They still haven't paid me their tokens. They did not answer my question in the chat.

I also notice that there are at least 7 I know exchanged based ICO and it looks like they are going to be successful but I don't know if there are going to be a thread to big existing exchange now, if anyone of this become huge, there will be more coming in.

a prediction that I think is too far away, predictions for this year alone have experienced a lot of mistakes, and you said that in 2019, somehow you judge that, it might be true, but let's just see what will happen
