Guys not sure if I posted in the right section, I'm brand new. Just want to give yall a heads up if you use this website for sports betting. My account was frozen and I got a message saying After a depth review from our team, we found that your account overlaps information with another account(s) with activity as well.

Now not only have I never made another account, 99% sure I never even misclicked make another account.  I am 100% sure I have only made bets and deposited on my account. I only use sports betting , never played poker or even transferred funds to anyone. I have deposited over 35 thousand dollars on this website and have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years. I finally got on a roll and have been winning several tens of thousands and my account is frozen and I havent gotten support emails back after I explained myself. I got nothing to hide as I explained myself in my ticket to them saying I never used or heard of that account number you mentioned. I have this account and wouldent need another account nor try to defraud nitrogen.

I will let yall know what happened. But I just find it fishy after such a long time , they freeze my account once I have a good size bankroll.

Anyone have this issue with them?

And regarding for issues, there are lots of issues thrown to nitrogensports, they are accused several times of being unprofessional way of doing business. You can even see it on google when you search nitrogensports bitcointalk. Its BTT account receives different reports and negative feedbacks, you can view it on its official account here^[1]

Im using their services for years now and got no problem. They are currently the no.1 sportsbook on my list (after Directbet's closure) based on my own user experienced but not to the point that I will recommend them to others for obvious reason that I want to choose them their preferred site it by themselves.

Anyways try to seek help from their bitcointalk account representative on which the link is given above by one of the user here. That user is active. No harm trying.

Hope this will be resolved if you really think you are fair.

This would be only the possible thing to be done as of now where contacting the said account above yet its active on responding users issues.
I can say each sportsbook do have some issues but most people do know Nitro even up to these days and ill say they might have a worst odds but somehow
a reliable sportsbook to bet on. For them to block such account then they are the only ones would able to help you out.

I've also experienced it but with a different problem, but freezing on my account can still be resolved. At that time I had at least 0.08 btc there, I didn't understand why their service said it didn't see your user id, even you were an old user there. Hopefully your problem can be solved. Good luck!

It's a shame that this happened to you. Nitrogensports is a very popular casino and it's pretty respected in the community. However, their official account does have some negative trust. You should wait for a week or so for the reply and then open a scam accusation against them. Even though there've been some troubles with them, I think they value their reputation and will at least try to resolve the matter peacefully. I hope you'll get your money back. Just be patient and make screenshots of everything you get from them. You should publish the photos of messages in the scam accusation thread. We as a community will try to help resolve the matter, but proofs will be needed. Good luck!

@Hotsauce61488. Post screenshots of your account, including the amount of your big sized bankroll if possible, and provide everyone with the rest of the information of your frozen account as proof if you want to share this to get the attention of the community.

I've seen many threads like this one posted on internet gambling forums.

Usually if an account is frozen, its due to someone making wagers on more than one active account to avoid bet limits or hide their hedge and arbitrage plays. That is against the rules and something they do enforce.

The second issue most seem to have with nitrogensports is browser incompatibility issues. Sometimes changing to a different (more modern) browser will clear up many of the technical issues people experience.

Those two bullet points have cleared up all of the issues I've seen people have with nitro so far.

You should try sending them an email and a message over their site
Plus ask admins and mods in the chat if its possible to make your ticket an emergency.

They probobly had a reason i have been betting with them 3+ years and it is going smoothly still
Also try not changing your ip address much or country when betting that might have an effect sir.

Multi-accounting case. I think it's safe to assume you are a case of their fuck-up. Move this thread in the reputation section to get the attention of their admins.

How much money are we talking about here? It's unfair to freeze accounts with money on it.

I wouldn't bet on a site that controls how I use the internet. It's definitely a problem with their system.

I once got my account frozen by them, I filed a ticket and got replies from them pretty fast, they said about poker issue but I never played poker on their site but luckily after some waiting I got my account back and the funds inside it. I immediately withdraw my funds and after some few days I tried accessing my account I could not get in. After that case I never played on their site anymore, I am afraid they will freeze my account again without any reason

I'd definitely try sending a PM to the NitrogenSports Bitcointalk account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=129.0). Explain your story in the PM, link this thread, and wait. I expect unless there's a legitimate violation of their terms you'll get your account back soon. I've personally never had problems with NitrogenSports before (gambled for ~2 years on their platform, mostly for eSports), but it's indeed odd that you were banned for having multiple accounts when you claim to only have a single account.

Bitcointalk has a Scam Accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) section, but you have to post proof of your claim.

I find it funny how people register their accounts directly at NitrogenSports while they can register with Game Protect and play with consumer protection service. We have not one reported issue since 2 years.

Several months ago my nitrogensports account was frozen but the account didn't have a huge balance though (~0.01 BTC) .The account got frozen after I made a withdrawal request with someone's BTC address and their reason was multi accounting. Maybe you did same mistake like I did and if that's the case there might be a chance for your account to be unlocked.

 This could also be the culprit if you use a vpn make sure not to use it when browsing nitrogen.

All you can do at the moment is to negotiate with NitrogenSports and their admins.

I'm sure that they have some sort of justification for this event due to the fact that I've been playing with them for years now, and I've never encountered any problems even with larger sized bets to the tune of $3-5k.

If they've frozen your account they probably suspect something going on your end which led to your suspension, it's not just as simple as having multiple accounts. I'd suggest being patient and waiting for a response and argue your case until you get a valid response, if you are sure that you have not abused anything and violated any major conditions. Even if you are using a VPN or proxy, as long as you haven't done anything shady on your end you should be fine after their investigation knowing Nitrogen's reputation.

However, this is the risk that you have to deal with every time you deal with a sportsbook with bitcoin. The thing is that regardless of their trust level, there is always some probability that they will selectively scam you by quoting their terms and conditions. That's why I only play with very small amounts with BTC now.

You can get back your accounts only if nitrogen sport site allows you,first you need to ask the reason for your blocking to your site and if it was a mistake then you can get back your account very soon or in case of rules breaking you might need to ask them how you can get it back,I never faced any kind of issues before on their site but similar gambling sites will be releasing your coins based on some exceptions only or you will be lost it forever.

Probably a case of IP match or accidentally some of your info could have been used by your buddy/any other person making some accounts based on random information and might have yours matched.


If you think you've got enough bankroll for them to freeze your account and stop you from redeeming your money, there's nothing surprising in this as if I'm aware about this, TwitchySeal had the same issue with a casino where they won a jackpot and were tried to be settled under a small amount. You may try your luck contacting their support either through chat in their website, and I believe you'll surely get a kind reply as well as a solution to your issue.

As others stated, Nitrogen is actually one of the more honest sportsbooks in the bitcoin sportsbook scene. Solid reputation throughout the years, and I've definitely played numerous times at their site with quite a smooth experience.

I think chances are that if you did nothing shady on the site you're most likely falsely flagged, and they will most likely be able to justify their actions and release your funds. Perhaps it's just something related to duplicate IP addresses somehow, but we don't know at this stage. You'd need to communicate with Nitrogen Sports support to sort it out. But I would always be careful with playing with large amounts of money on these services, as they could easily scam a selective few if the amounts involved are large enough.
