Juke coin is a coin with a goal to help raise money for up and coming artists in the music industry.

What do we do? :

All coin related fees go into 1 big wallet and will be manually distributed  to new artists, voted by the JUKE coin community.

Mining :

Mining Juke is done differently from typical altcoins.
To mine Juke you must simply click a button!
The faster you click, the more Juke Coins you get.

To mine you must use the Juke Wallet. Link to the Juke Wallet is in the bottom of the post.

Inside the Juke Wallet there is a Mining Tab.
Instructions are displayed inside the tab on how to mine.

I do, but my code is not standard to regular wallets. I used .net built from scratch.
I'll most likely just make my own pool once the wallet is finished.

What algorithm do you use? transfer wallet to roadmap? Are you using a new wallet that you have developed yourself?

It's nice to see newly developed wallet instead of yet another pointless fork. Have you developed a unique algo as well? If so, when will mining begin?

It's a custom algorithm, I haven't named it yet.

First person to suggest a name for the algo will officially name it.

i think 1 word is good for algo , music have many style i think "MIX" is ok?

Just name the Algo "JUKE", will fit the best.

Unfortunately, you provided very little information in order to draw conclusions about your project. I hope to give out more information soon.

As helga said, provide more information and try to grip your audiance. Make them want to participate.
I tried your windows wallet. It needs a lot of work. Focus on updating it for now then once you have mined some coins, make a bounty thread
to get things going. Use the coins to get people to advertise for you using a signature campaign.

Juke Coin UPDATE

The Juke Wallet has been updated to version 1.2.
1.This version includes an integrated unique miner in the wallet.
2.Set up some new integrated nodes addresses (should connect easier now)
3.Made an online blockchain (not query-able yet)
4.Fixed sending and receiving
5.Fixed some typo's


If you guys notice any bugs or things that should be fixed, let me know.

Why this wallet is not open source? Why no Github?
Maybe dev is hiding something no good in this wallet?  ::)

I formally apologize for not responding to this thread in the last 2 days. I was on vacation in Florida USA with my family.
In the next hour or so, the airdrop participants will receive their Juke Coins. I will also update the signature campaign and translation reservations in the opening bounty thread post during that time.

Since I was on vacation, no new updates to the wallet. But starting tomorrow morning, I will be working on finishing the development process and finally taking the wallet out of beta status. An ETA will be given.


The roadmap is available (although not very detailed) in the opening post.
As more information becomes available I will keep everyone updated.
Bitcointalk is the only outlet at the moment for discourse. However within the next couple days you will see more options available.
It has already been scheduled in my personal journal to add discord, telegram & an integrated chat in the wallet.
Typical social media will also be added of course.


I have not noticed the wallet freezing in my testing.
