Hi. Im not too sure what you are saying. Dissolution is not a platform for other developers, we intend to make a stand alone game using Ethereum as the blockchain for items and assets :)

Finally a 3D FPS game with ethereum instead of a card or collectible game. This will attract regular gamers to come to blockchain but there will also be more competition as well

where is the information about your tokens? are you planning to open a token sale? it's better if you provide a whitepaper for every investor to understand this project.

We're using ERC 721 tokens which will represent items and interact with our smart contracts and game servers to be used in-game. We aren't planning on doing an ICO token sale currently :)

What's the advantage of ERC 721 as compared to ERC 20 or ERC 223? Not really familiar with 721 tokens? Why did you choose that type of token instead of the common erc20 token?

We chose ERC 721 tokens because they are non-fungible. In Dissolution, ERC 721 serializes the items meaning that each item is truly unique and one of a kind.

ERC 721 tokens also have the ability to store data, which allows us to create rare AI-items capable of learning and adapting to your playstyle by tracking stats such as accuracy, headshot count, firing rate etc. We can then program the item in-game to evolve based on these stats. For example, if you constantly get accurate, long range kills with a gun, the gun can evolve into a sniper rifle, or if you are more of a spray and pray player, the gun will adapt to you by becoming a light machine gun. This gun will be unique to you and in the case that you sell it to another player, it should fetch for a higher value due to its upgraded abilities.

As far as I'm aware, ERC 20 and 223 don't have these capabilities. :)

Lighting should be a client sided thing though and you can probably adjust it by just adjusting the in game settings ASSUMING they've made it like usual MMOs

I think this is a good combination which is gaming while in crypto currency. For sure many would love this because it allows the player to transact and do what they want. It can not be denied that the gaming industry is one of the lucrative businesses if we look back on its rapid development from a few years ago. Applying blockchain technology to the gaming world is not a new thing considering some of the blockchain-based games that have been developed before. I think Dissolution has an opportunity for that.
One important point in my opinion, so that the platform can survive is the token's economics in its ecosystem. It should be able to provide unique benefits and features in order to attract users. And hopefully there will be a DApps available  in the future for various conveniences.

what you don't understand ! it said in the announcement thread, Dissolution game uses Ethereum ERC 721 tokens for its economy, so basically they will use ethereum API to tokenize their the game (it's not a game on blockchain, just a normal game that use token for its economy).

It is a pc game and it is available just now on steam if I'm not mistaken. You can download and test the game, give feedback to the developers to help improve the game.

We've actually already successfully integrated ERC 721 tokens with the game. Right now we are doing preliminary security tests to make sure the system is bulletproof. Unfortunately you won't see it in use during the pre-alpha as it is imperative that we have a balanced game before we launch the crypto aspect of things.

No ICO for this project, instead, they will use what called IAO ( stands for Initial Asset Offering ), it's different from ICOs. basically, they will offer in-game assets like weapons, characters and different items for sale, those items are linked to their tokens and its value can grow depends on demand in the gaming market.
