I know images.google but saucenao is very new, these tools can help but scammers are getting wiser now, because community members can now trace them easily with those fake profile and images some of the dev of this scam ICO's are real people but because they are based on a country where ICO is not regulated, they can get away with it.

I would also add to the list Amazon AWS for facial recognition, probably some of the bigger stock photo websites like: Adobe Stock, ShutterStock and GettyImages.

Coolcryptovator (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1980983) has put together a decent list of tools to help you find/identify fake pictures, as well as a pretty extensive guide on how to spot scam ICOs. You can find both here:

Thanks for posting these too hopefully more members will add tools and applications we can use to trace these scammers, I'm tired of getting scam as investors and bounty hunters, these should be stopped or unless minimize until some kind of regulation are set up for ICO's.
