1.1 background of the project

The development of medical platforms in the Internet era is not satisfactory, and no one has formed a world-class scale. The medical field requires long-term accumulation and effective paths, and this field is the core of the national economy and the people's livelihood. There are still many restrictions on the degree of policy openness and legal processes.Any major reforms may have a large negative impact, and the medical field is not able to withstand change. Therefore, the change in stability is the basic requirement of the medical field in the Internet age.
Blockchain application is the second half of the Internet. Blockchain technology has outstanding application advantages in data preservation, ownership distribution, privacy protection, and data mutual trust. It can well solves some problems that existing in the current centralized system. It has a natural application prospect in the medical field and does not change the existing work flow of medical institutions.

   On May 2018, the National Bureau of Big Data has not completed the collection and processing of medical data generated by all medical institutions, nor has it completed the electronic process of personal health records or medical records of residents. Data uploaded by medical institutions and residents' willingness to upload voluntarily are not strong. More and more medical dispute reports have seriously affected the enthusiasm of the doctor community. Many doctors have evaded the ethics-based temporary ambulance and social medical activities; in public medical disputes, public distrust on the unilaterally preserved medical information of the hospital affects public opinion.Therefore, China urgently needs to establish an bullet proof system based on technical trust rather than authoritative trust to record and preserve the entire medical process that may cause disputes. The system allows any user to save data according to their own wishes, but the data for assurance purposes requires the involved parties to jointly verify the integrity and documentary of their data, and then save to the chain.
1.2 Significance of the project
  In view of many problems in the medical field, the Moveniu chain comes to the task of solving this problem. Moveniu chain is a public chain application developed based on the public trust consensus mechanism of technology trust. It realizes multiparty participation to confirm the documentary and integrity of the medical process, so as to solve the problems of excessive medical treatment, doctor-patient disputes, traceability of medicines and equipment, insurance claims settlement, judicial evidence collection and so on. The main applications includes medical authentication form storage verification, medical records placed carelessly, multiparty participant identification, privacy protection, data transaction and medical reward, it is the core of the data construction of Moveniu medical system, and will be the first application in data storage, data value-added and data transaction and so on.
At present, patients as the sole owner of these data, due to the original preservation method, improper and uncompleted classification and other reasons, make it unable to make good use of their case data. Systematic preservation of patients' own medical data through the Moveniu chain can play a huge role in data analysis, data appreciation, data transactions, and handling medical disputes. The features of block chains, such as impermeability, times-tamps, intelligent contracts, decentralization and encryption of private keys, will be more in line with future requirements for medical data management.
