Firstly, i am not a financial Advisor but please do take this tip seriously. BTC has gone all the way down from $6k to $4529 this morning. People are in great loss. so to avoid further losses. sell now.. i believe some people will listen to me

I wouldn't urge everyone to sell at this dip. I'll suggest the other way, instead of selling, go buy more!

This is what you do when too many people are scared of the market now and is in panic. Don't ride the panic selling, instead buy with confidence.

I always like now, and the good news is that I have hoarded my capital to wait for the market in a strom like this, so that can buy it in large quantities using very cheap prices. and after buying it I will go to bed, and wait for the good news

Not a good advice to since this is not the first time it happened to bitcoin. If we are going to sell now the more bitcoin would dip and we are not going to recover our loses.

I would disagree my friend, if we would sell now, then we could be at loss, so the better thing to do, is not to touch our portfolio and wait for the market to recover, patience is a key of course.

if you are busy and want to sell, then there are many other people who are ready to buy with the low price of assets that you will sell later.

What do you think is next to happen? Instead of selling, why dont you just starting buying those at a great price? That sounds more profitable right? I believe that every investors has it's own views with the current situation wherein for some investors would prefer selling and do not mind if they lose their investment with no profit for as long they can still manage to get their money back. For some great btc believers would somehow continue to hold as they believe btc will soon to recover and will be able to gain profit soon.

listening to your advice is tantamount to preparing to deal with chaos and big losses, btc is not a cryptocurrency that will sink easily, it's just a cycle

why do you suggest a bitcoin holder to sell their assets? even though you already know it's too late to cut lose
I think the bitcoin price will never grow if all traders have characters like you (panic) so I won't listen to your advice  :P

Everyone has a choice, they have their own startegy when deciding to invest in cryptocurrency. We can only let it happen, at this time there are two ways they will do it. First, keep holding his investment because he has suffered a loss some time ago so there is nothing he has to do except hold his investment. Second, sell the investment and then buy again when the price is really at the lower price and get a coin price signal will rise again. well we have own strategy if you don't want to sell your bitcoin then hold and if you set cut losses then sell your bitcoin with that price. I keep hold my bitcoin for now and buy more this cheap price.

Your advise is without any depth and lacks tact. There's no market that goes down that doesn't bounce back up. Selling now for some people is taking a huge loss and for me that's not an option. If the money invested isn't a loan, or some money needed to take care of some pressing needs, then selling off shouldn't be an option.

You should sell after a bounce back, not when it is dropping. Or maybe you are accumulating cheap BTC? But we don't know how high it will bounce back.

The fact that I'm in a big loss does not mean I'll have to sell my coins now. One houldn't sell when there's a big dip, but all the same, one does not know whether it will just keep falling and falling. I do not just understand the excessive dip in crypto this moment.

So guys! ! Who predict this dip of bitcoin price,  many technical analyzers said bitcoin has a strong support at 5800 usd!  , Are you still beleive in technical analysis?

consistant dips in the last few days . if you scroll out to 15m per candle you can see that it looks like a freaking copy and paste on the graph , dips look the same as the last dips , 2 big wave followed by a herd of smaller ones.

I think that now we sell, we will lose a lot. After 2 times red surely our market will return to green early and bitcoin will rebound to 6k $ back. Keep holding and do not sell as other investors.

Each people have their own decision, either it sell it now or hold it (or maybe keep re-buy on this opportunity). We can't say OP's suggestion is wrong, maybe the price will keep falling after we have sold our coins. Just do what you think you will not regret in the future

I would also suggest to sell. In order for this dumps to stop, you have to sell. We have seen how it works even before the pump up to $19k last year, its not going to die though. The  war between BCH and BTC is destroying everything here. They will spend billions to destroy BTC and they thought they are winning when its price is still more than a thousand.

This way, the price will dip even more. Instead of selling from this situation out of fear, you should hold on to that coins and wait for them to gain its ground again. It will not be forever low.

Well thanks for the advice. It's good to think good about buddies. Anyways people do have the belief still and so I don't think they're gonna leave. Actually, i learnt this is the third time of a great sell off and the percentage decreases each time. Maybe it's over, maybe it's not. It's now a personal decision. Believers still have a great chance though because the market cap is still in billions.

You can decide to sell and let that stay as your choice and not you're advising any one to emulate. Hodling is best option now except you're in profits, then you're good to go. But those experiencing losses now can't afford to sell now. Hodling through will be the best option now.

If you could have suggested about altcoins I could have considered your advice by doing some due diligence, Presently the market condition is very bad & we cannot deny this condition of market. A lot of the investors are holding bitcoin since 11 months in hope of the bull run & due to this price crash if they exit they will be facing huge loss. Its better to HODL it happens in the cryptocurrency market and recovers later, Just wait and watch don't exit in panic mod history will repeat.

you have 3 options.

1º) Believe what important traders, analysts and big investors are saying with data, reasons, perfectly rational and logical + technical Analysis (which is that BTC and all other Alts are going to hell very quickly), so leave selling all and do it fast

2º) Hold, because you've lost a huge amount of money (which is the case of the 100% of people telling to hold in this forum) because you consider , ONLY WITH BLIND FAITH IN THIS SHITTY MARKET, that it will recover eventually and that by no means it will die.

3º) Accept that the market can certainly collapse and you´ll risk the rest of your investment knowing that there is a huge possibility to lose it all.


Faith against Data. Faith against Technical analysis. Faith against market.

If i have to choose, i would say leave now any day of the year. This situation will probably be the end of this market. Please, you have to differentiate between technology and market. They have almost nothing to do with each other RIGHT NOW.

OP do you have a buy order at around $3k or less?  It is normal to wish that you can buy on that low but no offense I would say that this is just some manipulation since both the media and miners were mobilized to spread FUD plus those who have lots of Bitcoin starting to fake sell their holding just to show that the market is really crashing and then buying at the bottom so when the price kick in, they had maximized their profit.  This kind of strategy were used several times but it seems to be never outdated.  Though I hope readers won't listen to you OP because it would be their loss.

This type users are known  as weak panic sellers who itself will never make profit and not let anyone else to make profit. Bitcoin price just dropped then you suggest them to sell it at this dip. Only noobs will only believe of what you were talking but for me i should have buy more at this dip rather than sell them. Price doesn't matter if you can HODL and wait for the right time to sell.

But how can you really say to people to "sell now". Thats directly FUD and i dont think it will do any good, rather than cause more panic.. Best would be to just say, "Learn more about bitcoin before buying " or " try to see the facts behind this bitcoin/market fall"

They just spend so much now. I think, it's too late to sell all for this low price. This critical situation will crush many wallets soon.

Well, there is possibility that bitcoin would go down even further in future, but panic selling is not a good idea. If you want to hold for long-term for a year or two then you don't need to panic as bitcoin price would recover again.

Do not spread the FUD, RSI shows that Bitcoin is totally oversold, we should see rebounce in next few hours.

I also suggest everyone to hold BTC.It is not the perfect time to sell.It may reduce its price but normally it will cross $7k-$8k. So hold on time will come.

Your advice is for the weak like you, selling as it is now will make the market to dip further and it will not be good for anyone. Instead of advising people to sell while not tell them to buy more. Buying more is the right thing to do and those that have the courage to do so will smile in some time to come.

The price of the bitcoin is going to fall and many investors and ICO's are losing money. But some are buying more likely the institutional investors are now accumulating btc and other alt coins. This is the time to fill your bags when the price are cheap.

The price of btc is already low, as a matter of fact, if there will be more dip, i can't be too far from this. So why the haste in selling?. The price will pick up again. That is my submission.

The loses has be incur already, what is the essence of selling? The only thing good about this deep is for us to buy from the deep market and hodl and sell when the bull run start. Your advice rather should be the other way in the world of cryptocurrency; hold when there is losses and sell when there is gain.

I not recommend selling bitcoin now, i will still hold because i think we can see a good grow in future, but people who have bitcoin will do what they want with their coins. Let say i buy bitcoin at 6300$ and now if i sell i'm in a loss, but if bitcoin grow i can recover investition and make some profit, if price still stay down i will wait because i'm sure will go up.

Also, its more conflicting as for anyone to sell, it means someone is ready to buy with the aim of profit and following your advise, if this trend is maintained, we are seeing another epic bloodshed. My friends had bitcoins in their wallets and agreed to keep bitcoin for a long time despite the fall.But today they surprised me.They started selling their bitcoins.I called them dumb cowards, but they really panicked.Personally, I will keep bitcoin as long as possible.

I guess why you are trying to suggest that everyone should sell now is because you want the recovery phase ahead and to pave its way again. selling would lower the price but after that, the big players will now buy again and it is the start of the bear market.
