They will attract businessman and investors because there is a low risk of failing compared to the coins which are fluctuating and changing its market value over time. This does mean that not all the stable coins are created equal. Sometimes fiat backed cryptocurrency is not totally stable in price. I love, however, the current Gigzi project for using precious metals, like gold to back its crypto-assets. We are talking here about "tokenized precious metals". Gold is more stable in price than fiat currency. So, I think this is a better way to store, manage, convert and withdraw our crypto-assets..
