Title: BITPAY card load failure, transaction confirmed 100+ Post by: BTCFTW888 on November 24, 2018, 08:46:37 PM At this point it's been almost 2 days, since my bitpay card load was confirmed on the bitcoin network, 120+ confirmations, and yet the transaction in my bitpay account is still showing as pending.
Support acknowledged this, BUT has NOT credited my bitpay card appropriate funds, nor have they returned the funds to my bitcoin wallet. Anyone run into a similar issue? I hope this does not have something to do with bitcoin's latest decline... Thoughts, advise on how to proceed? Got an email saying my card load failed and their support team was working on it. Issue should be solved within 24 hours and funds credited to my card. My money was there the next day as promised.
I would call the support number on the back of your card and have them look in to it. Been using these guys for 2 years and I myself have only had small problems which were always fixed within hours of my complaint or call. |
