Why did you delete my post?

Your actions, pretty much killed your trust, I was letting you know that you had an issue on the site.

So instead of saying that you forgot to delete the install folder, it was honest mistake.

Here are some things I would like to have changed:

1. Minimum and maximum bets
2. REAL player accounts based on email address and password.
3. There are display issues in FF when currency is 4 letters (DOGE/DIME, etc)

Because his users has more funds in system than what's available funds in the wallet. He just gaveaway more funds to people than what he has.

and how can it happen? I mean the giveaways are like 100 satoshi or something right? Either somebody entered million or 10's of millions of captchas to free-withdraw his wallet out or there is a bug about giveaways in the script like another way around without captchas?

I want to comment on one of the trust ratings on johny1976's account. This one to be exact:
Open Source Software is not freeware and buying Open Source Software doesn't mean you can resell it. It all depends on the license used. I sold my Open Source faucet under the GPL v3 license. Which means that I am allowed to sell it, that people are allowed to change it and even resell it. They are not allowed to change the copyright part and it had to be redistributed using the same license. That being said, you could be a scammer if johny1976's license states that you can't resell it/if he sold you a single person license.

I have 3.2 and been hacked more than once. I dont know how  players are able to figure out what roles are going to fail and win. They role big on winning roles.. and only bet 1 on losing roles. They bet 1000x odd and win after five roles.  I had to shut the site down.

 Yeah having your dice game for this cheap at ready to go level is a great thing but not being sure that you might get hacked and you might wake up one day to find all of your bankroll emptied is a horrible tought , if people believed this thing actually worked and secure these guys would have 100x the sales :D

Well, for example pocketdice.io sends a PHPSESSID cookie, so it's safe to say they use PHP ( https://pocketdice.io/index.php works too ;)). Besides that, you can easily see the socket.io socket.


A socket is an open connection between the client (browser) and server with bidirectional communication. If you make a bet, you send the info through the socket (and you get the result) and if others bet you get the bets from there. So it's all real-time, you only connect once. There are different libraries/servers for this, Socket.io is a popular one made in node.js. Perfect for a dice site.

An alternative is indeed getting new data with AJAX requests. With that, the browser would make a connection/request every x seconds to see if there are new bets. Obviously for a dice site this would be pretty terrible and give big lag and other problems. However AJAX is useful for other purposes.

As I can see, u r using PHP-MySQL and probably AJAX for real time updates. Does not it experience hiccup for real time update at high volume bet in small time window ?

It's not the best solution to use AJAX requests to get bets history, but at this time we can say this is the easiest way for us to make it all work together and give our customers profitable casino that actually works and doesn't require loads of non-standard technologies.

3 - The code being fully open doesn't mean that we don't have to trust you.  I'm not at all worried about some possible backdoor as I don't believe you'd do that.  What I'm more concerned about is weak coding and security vulnerabilities.  Since there are several copies sold, I think that a 1BTC (refund only) if the script is busted is really an unfair guarantee as people who are actually serious about your product will have more than that 1BTC invested into the bankroll.
