So a while before the scandal, my MtGox account was emptied (hackedish). From what I could gather, several people had the same issue, and the most likely culprit was some "admin" on the site (high security password, account emptied right after large deposit). Is it too late or has it ever been possible to claim my loss? I have guessed not, but the thoughts are eating away at me... It was over 57BTC... Anyone has an answer, so I can forget about this ordeal?
