Title: Account compromised, how to recover Post by: anita1874 on November 26, 2018, 04:55:15 AM My account was hacked and someone changes my email address and password and now I have no access to my account but I locked that account immediately when I know that. I created this temporary account to recover my account. I have only added ethereum address in my profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1128677 and when I checked, it requires signed message with bitcoin address but no bitcoin address is in my profile. Can I sign through my ethereum wallet which is already added in my profile to prove the ownership of that account? Any helpful reply is appreciated.

Only accept Bitcoin address sign to prove account ownership. So I think you may not be able to recover your account, but you can still prove your account is hacked with the Ethereum address sign, and your original account will be marked by DT member.
