These days you can't mine ETH with a CPU, been this way pretty much since it was launched. It's primarily dominated by GPUs and ASICs.

I am not sure which 1050Ti you have, but you will need 4GB model if you want to mine ETH since the 3Gb models or lower are incompatible due to the large DAG size.

You can use Claymore ETH miner as software to mine. It has a small dev fee keep in mind.

Also mining is not very profitable at the moment, so another thing to keep in mind.

Thanks for this suggestion . It's helpful as I'm new to crypto and mining as well.

PIMP OS of course!

We have spent years developing an easy to use mining platform that supports ALL miners and algos, including the ever popular ETH.

Image the OS onto your SSD, Boot it and enter your validation key. Choose your miner and enter your wallet and user details, and start mining! It really is that simple.

If you have trouble, we have a dedicated support forum with many guides and howtos, and a Discord server for real time support.

Please give us a look :) https://getpimp.org

Thanks for your support,
Lily
