That they have auditor as a team member.
 

Do you mean check? Well yes in investing to ICOs it is very important to check every detail of the project especially if the project is legal to that country, the concept of the project, the problem they want to solve, the solution, technical details, did they meet the roadmap?, reached the hard/soft cap, capability of the team and their experiences.

There's a lot of things to check before you invest. Remember that 90% of the time when you invest to ICO you may need to wait for more than year in order to recover your lost. Or to earn profit

that's mean An auditor who can take care of  your investment. And if there is any types of problem you will be known.   

An auditor for the sake of everyone's money?

The project isn't all about through auditor, there can be a corrupt auditor and they can just create a decoy on their website if your sole standard is just for an auditor. Take a look to the project as a whole and don't just depend on a single staff of the whole team.

Lol seriously? the auditor must from the outside of the team. That's not a good point to argue about that, the auditor shoul be netral. If the auditor comes from the team and i can't manipulate anything. I should not agree with your opinion regarding this dude. that doesn't make sense.

Though this is good to know that the team has an auditor but that does not guarantee that the team is actually going to give a good coin that people can trust. Tether promised people a monthly audit of their coin for transparency and yet they have not released one for months. mostly you just have to hope that the team members turn out to be trustworthy people

Even if they have an auditor if they are going to run with your money that will be useless, double check if the auditor that will audit their team is not part of the team and doing it as an independent party, the only sites that audit these ICO I think are the rating sites but they cannot come out with an audit that they are not going to run with your money.

I think the thread starter is talking about third party auditing of the project for financial transparency although there is very little about this and not many icos perform it but yes it can really boost investor confidence and also team will feel better because they know each and every thing can be verified after the audit.

That is a good call. Because right now, lots of possible scam ico's are waiting to attract investor. We must be very careful on selecting ico right now. Advice to scrutinize the team more carefully.
