Though your project is related to gambling but I don't think that this section fits what you are looking for.

Trying looking these people on Services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) if your reward is going to be paid with bitcoin, otherwise you may find these people on Project Development (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0) for alpha testers.

Anyway here are my answers for your questions.

1. 2-3 times a week but sometimes I don't.
2. 0.0001BTC - 0.005BTC depending on my mood.
3. Dice
4. I don't think there's something that lacks of the gambling market now because of too many casino's out there, they are filling gamblers satisfaction through their own operations.

1. How often do you gamble?

Almost every day, from 20 mins up to 3 hours.

2. How much do you usually gamble?

It's usually not more than $2-$3, but sometimes, very rarely, 2 times per year max, it can be $30-$40.

3. What type of gambling do you usually do?

I play dice and poker mostly, but I also play all the other games, slots, video poker, plinko, roulette etc. and I do sports betting from time to time.

4. What do you think is lacking in the gambling btc market right now?

I think there is still a good demand for sites where you can play poker with real people, especially for those running tournaments with smaller buy-ins.

1. How often do you gamble?
Once a week, occasionally more if i'm on a long win streak.

2. How much do you usually gamble?
If we are talking about per bet it's ranging from 0.1 mbtc up to 10 mbtc depends on my confidence.

3. What type of gambling do you usually do?
Mainly sports betting, sometimes casino games if there are interesting contests.

4. What do you think is lacking in the gambling btc market right now?
Imo nothing is lacking in the btc market as of now. With tons of reputable gambling sites to choose from one of them is better at a specific field while the other is better on a different field. A new unique game would be nice or a  0% house edge casino but that's impossible to pull off.

I gamble once a week maybe depending how I feel or if I've won previously

I gamble whatever I have spare that day, not often that much :o

Over the years the largest amounts of bets Ive placed most often have been sports related, online streamed games I can follow

Most lacking in gambling I guess I would be biased to something like esports games maybe, acceptance of token items from various game for bets.

1.  I usually gamble 2-3 times a week, usually just sports betting on a couple matches and maybe a few roulette spins.

2.  I gamble small amounts usually below .02 BTC

3.  Like I said above I mostly bet on sports.

4.  I think KYC is a big issue in the crypto gambling world.  Some sites delay payments for a long time because of KYC.

1. How often do you gamble?
Probably just about every day on sports. Spend about 15 mins scouting around before placing my bets. Dice, other types of games, far less often and typically during coffee breaks so I don't end up wasting my day. Gotta work and feed mouths.

2. How much do you usually gamble?
Casual amounts absolutely. I set aside a small fund (Seldom more than $200) at the beginning of a football season, and don't top it up if I lose it all. I never lose it all so I either have more to play next season, or top that up. For casual non-sports, it's periodical and maybe comes up to about $50 a month. I do have special funds for competitions (like World Cup for example).

3. What type of gambling do you usually do?
Sports: football, tennis. The odd sports bets during competitions like Olympics.
Casino: dice, cards.
Informal: I like betting $5 or $10 every now and then on small things. $20 for a season-long pool (like this one on bitcointalk (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4919683)) is great value for fun. It's not so much about the amount, but the entertainment value. Just having a small bit of money riding makes it so much more fun.
Investment: I invest in several casino bankrolls and/or dividend-sharing schemes. It's generally profitable but a gamble nevertheless.
Shitcoin holding: Does this need an explanation? =)

4. What do you think is lacking in the gambling btc market right now?
Spokespeople/advocates? You've got huge brand ambassadors for traditional casinos, but none I know of for Bitcoin ones. Be nice to know of big poker players loyal to a Bitcoin casino, for example. BTC gambling is hugely more favourable to the player compared to traditional ones: provably fair gambling, lower house edges, lower margins on sportsbooks - yet after several years, they still struggle to capture a market share. There's just not enough credible people speaking up for it.

Organised cooperatives like the Crypto Gambling Foundation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2531516.0)

1. How often do you gamble?
3-4x a week depending on mood or vacant time.

2. How much do you usually gamble?
0.05-0.1 BTC maximum for a week

3. What type of gambling do you usually do?
Lots, sportsbets, dice, other unique gambling games

4. What do you think is lacking in the gambling btc market right now?
Theres no lacking but most gamblers always like to tried out unique games that doesn't still exist on market.

1- monthly or bi-weekly
2- 0,005-0,01 BTC
3-dice, casino..
4- simple interface and simple games. I see a lot of fancy sites, which at first glance I don't understand ANYTHING. I don't like to have to read and study the website to gamble. I miss simple gamble websites.

1. How often do you gamble?
I usually gamble through the week, once or twice, up to six or so times per month.

2. How much do you usually gamble?
I typically gamble anywhere from $10-$60 per week, though most of the time towards the lower end of the spectrum.

3. What type of gambling do you usually do?
I typically play games like dice or slots, though I especially prefer betting on esports and other sports that are available.

4. What do you think is lacking in the gambling btc market right now?
KYC's a biggie, especially for esports gambling, where many sites hide their KYC requirements in my experience and ask for KYC upon withdrawal to deter people from withdrawing their winnings. I also see a lack of higher-volume BTC or crypto based esports bookies out there. I usually use NitrogenSports, but they don't have many games most of the time.

4. What do you think is lacking in the gambling btc market right now?
Most of cryptocurrency gambling site need are lack of promotion, I play poker in some site but I rarely see ( i have not seen actually) no-deposit poker competition. And will also need more community engagement.

I gamble casually on weekends most of the time because I play sport betting. I bet 20-50 dollars during the weekend. Nothing is missing actually in btc gambling market as bonuses and free bets or spins are being used as an incentive to keep players active.

1. How often do you gamble?
2 or 3 times a week if I have free bitcoin to gamble

2. How much do you usually gamble?
I only spend my free win from faucets, like "free coins for promoting the sites name" sometimes If the gambling site has promotions I invest little from my pocket. more or less 15$

3. What type of gambling do you usually do?
Dice, Hi/Lo, BtcMine sweeper, Esports, Roulette

4. What do you think is lacking in the gambling BTC market right now?
Its still depends on what casino or online gambling you are playing it. Others are secure and legit. But sometimes they are fraud.
