What your opinon on blockchain being taught in school as Bahrain Finance Training Institute Launches ‘Blockchain Academy’

This is good, blockchain technology has become a course to promote people's popularity of the blockchain, and this will have a positive impact on crypto, because the blockchain must be understood need introduce some crypto, and those students will be interested in it.

I feel it should be one step at a time as far as crypto and blockchain is still concern we still have a long way to go,until it is generally accepted then we can be talking about been taught in school.

it is very good because in the future everyone will need a blockchain for all fields they are involved in, only now not all countries have implemented such a thing, hopefully in the future there will be more application of blockchain in many schools.

It would be easier for everyone if they start teaching blockchain in schools. It is important for the students to know about it because it is part of their future. Beside this, all of us will be more informed about it if they teach it in schools.

When there's an emerging technology it should be ready taught and welcomed by schools.

Okay. I can call that as a free advertisement. when the school will tell about the blockchain and i guess will know about crypto. As you can see when you are puttign blockchain keyword and bitcoin will appear. It's interesting to see more education about blockchain to be adopted by a lot of people.

I think blockhain is less effective as material for learning in schools, maybe it could be an additional curriculum in higher education or a new department that could be an alternative study

A lot of people who do not truly understand Blockchain link it with Crypto market and think this is the only industry where it could be implemented.
Its a good attempt to understand the technicalities since blockchain is definitely the future of network strengthening. Mainstream industries will definitely capitalize on this specially where the market is spread across various parts of the world and the data needs to be channelized securely.

I think teaching blockchain in schools can be very good for the students and teachers but also a good advertising way of crypto. It will grow this way.

I believe that this very right direction. The story is written right now and our children should know everything about investing, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. This is what should replace the existing money.

It's a matter of time. For the moment, it's mainly private institutions who are offering these blockchain courses, but over time public universities will offer them as well.

I do not think it would be cool, because I think there is a need to integrate this subject, for example, into the programming sphere, because other people simply will not understand what it is. Like for example they do not understand how the program code works.

       Yes it should be introduce in school because this technology is the solution of very delayed transaction and corrupt manual system so with the use of blockchain technology you can have faster and transparent transaction since we have a ledger in every transaction made every second on time .

It depends on where. I mean it doesn't make any sense to teach in high school since it is still at its infancy and getting improved a lot every single day with new coins coming up providing new features. However, if you mean college it could be taught in some majors like computer science and software engineering.

Those type of majors literally are the reasons why bitcoin exists today and we do need people to study what blockchain brought us but not only improve blockchain in the future thanks to that education but also try to find something that is better than blockchain.

Obviously that would require years of studying and years of people being taught about blockchain and all that but in the long run if bitcoin is the improved version of fiat, I am sure someone will eventually find the improved version of bitcoin with enough education and studying on the subject.

I am really shocked after looking at this post and I felt so much happy like how blockchain technology is spreading across the world in a real quick time, countries who have banned cryptos have to make a look on this and start to implement this technology for the next generation else the neighbour countries will overtake them. No, I do not agree with this about the fact that this profession will be in demand, because it will be engaged in artificial intelligence, which today is already very much able. I am sure that today there are so many options for development, but you are right about 50 percent of the dead professions

Blockchain will become a major discipline in the future. The current blockchain can only learn the formation of blockchain and the basic knowledge of blockchain. It seems to me that you take technology too seriously, when the Internet appeared it was about the same, but today there are so many things that today why they don’t have anything like that. I think that the students themselves already know what the Internet is.

In the fact that, Blockchain technology is the future of science. The popularity of Blockchain will happen in the next 5 years - when the people switch to purchasing on the Internet, no longer using fiat currency. Remember yourself in school, would you really be interested in this subject? I think if we speak in detail on these topics, then of course none of us would be interested in, if we intend to integrate this into a university or just some kind of courses, it will be relevant.

IMO blockchain technology is something new and people need some time to learn and mastering in order to improve it's technology.

If your school has a 60% literacy rate and 50% graduation rate - then probably teaching block chain is a bad idea.
If your school graduates kids who are behind in math and science - then probably teaching block chain is a bad idea.
If your school still teaches computer science using Microsoft Visual Studio - then probably teaching block chain is a bad idea.

If you've studied Advanced Placement courses in math and the hard sciences, then your school probably already has a program for computers - and they should be introducing you to block chain.

I think it is good idea and this can actually enlighten people more about the digital currency that the technology serve as the bedrock. learning and teaching blockchain technology will make people more familiar with the development just like other programming that are being developed. Very good thing to do because the blockchain technology was found very long ago before it was implemented in the crypto currencies so more people don't know the real applications pf that technology until now so we need people to educate about that technolofy to this world and it can make changes in this world considerably.

Not everyone is given it and not everyone is interested, so I look at it bad!.
Everyone is individual and learning the block chain as part of a mandatory program is of course meaningless.  If it was of my own choice, I wouldn't mind studying it early on for General development. And there if someone is really interested let him continue training.

Probably school is not the right place for introducing blockchain technology. Because, to understand this concept better, students must be at least in college-level. Probably higher level schools and colleges are the right places to be taught about crypto currencies and blockchain technology.

Blockchain technologies are very popular, the demand for them is growing, but there are few professionals who can work with them and their targeted training is practically not conducted. I believe there has been many schools including blockchain in their curriculum, by school of course I mean, colleges and universities. Especially universities and colleges that has good technology and computer department. Other than that, some of my friends that studying economic also make some paper related to cryptocurrency. I think that blockchain could be teached in high school or university because it's a really interesting sector and has some really useful math concept.

Some country still don't accept digital currency and those country that don't accept it can teach blockchain technology in there country but country that accept it as legal will be taught in there country

I would very much like my children in school to learn blockchain technology. They will be able to grow and invest money or issue their own cryptocurrency.
