According to some reviews, the site has no seller and buyers protection which I think that this site will never be trusted. Not to mention the amount of users having the same issue as yours, it's straight up shady. Just to make sure, Have you contacted their support? because you need an authorized staff from there to help you and I am seeing that their account here is no longer active. Since this issue is already resolved on your part then lock out this thread.
