Here is a thing with this , devs  in small projects actually do not care. It has to be a solid project with good bounty manager to exclude bad translator. Just give him negative trust.

That's true this is the reason that you need to apply for bounty translator and show your previous works and your previous works should not have a complaint that you are using a translator for your work, you can report it to the manager and manager should take action because it will harm the ICO that he is managing.
