I want to open a nibble wallet. Because i joined a bounty which need nibble address. But i donot know how to open nibble wallet. Please tell me details about Nibble wallet.

As far as I know, there is always a community-based group especially in telegram or bounty group where you can ask anything related to. And I suggest contacting the team of that project to answer your question.
