What OP system are you using ? What miner program are you using ? What is the version number for the miner software are you using ? What is in the .bat file , or in your start file or whatever ? What AMD driver version are you using ? Are you using any tune software ? Card are overclocked ? modded ? Id be willing to bet you're mining on the gaming bios. Definitely enable compute mode, check the switch in both positions, and bios mod if you can face it. You should be able to double that hashrate easily...
