When signing up and logging in no difficulties were faced. I went to the settings and tried to change default currency but couldn't scroll down at first you had to click it then scroll down which is kinda annoying. Also the timezone isn't changeable which i assume will be in the future.

What features you would be using day-to-day and why?

In the portfolio page you can show the total change over a year.

- User experience, design and navigation they work well done. fast loading is important for me. Of course, this is with reserve because there are still not many people on the platform at the same time.

- For me, Arbitrage like an option can be very useful. I try it on the demo and looks promising :) I need to try with real accounts. Also, a portfolio with exchanges balance as a possibility is interesting to me.

- We need to have more options in settings, like to choose a favourite currency.  No need to wait to list all coins if we do not use or not trade with them. On Market cap tab is little confused when I click on whatever I have reloaded the page and not every currency is clearly separated

I had no difficulty. But when I logged in, I did not see the security options or tips on how to protect my account. I think the first thing they should show is how to set up 2fa.

Those indicators of feelings that exist on investment.com. Where registered investors can demonstrate their feelings about short or long. And in the part of marktcap, have the option to see the difference of the last hour and the last 7 days

The news feed, could display news related to each project and not just those on the platform. The security party should have more options as well, with an account recovery through a signature of a Bitcoin address as it does in BItmex. I can't login with the password that I believe is correct one and can not reset it as well. It gives me error: "You have reached the limit for requesting password reset for this account already. Please try again later."

Honestly, nothing. Just few intrusive "help" dialogue boxes.
But on the second visit, it's gone. So I assume that's it's only for the first visit, good job.
Just add "Newbie" or "Pro" in the registration page to automatically prompt-out the user to help pages and dialogue boxes.

The pop-ups are a little bit annoying. In rest the platform is pretty easy to use. I mention that I am an experimented trader. :)

I don't care about the satoshis, but I'd be way more interested if your arbitrage solution had cross-exchange transfers.

I read your terms and it said that I needed to have both balances on both exchanges for it to work : for example xxx BTC on Exchange 1, and xxx USD on Exchange 2, and if there's a BTC > USD > BTC arbitrage path it'll use both balances..

Well, what's the point though? :) Those 2 trades make 0 economical profit. In case there is a spread, it's going to be caused because of a value change between the two pairs, so if BTC is going down, then regardless of whatever arbitrage profit I just made, the whole value of my btc just went down, so I was better off selling everything to USD anyways. And vice versa.. The whole problem is keeping my money into two concurring currencies, if USD goes down BTC goes up. Why do I want to be making pennies if holding BTC makes me lose money every day.

I know you don't want withdrawal rights on your apis, which I wouldn't give to you anyways, but it's not impossible to implement other solutions :

1. Make the withdrawal / deposits manual by the user.
2. Have your own balance on every exchange, and instead of withdrawal / deposits that might take a few confirmations, cross-transfer between accounts.
3. I dunno, you're the business, think of something.

Either way good luck with your business, even though for trust factors I don't see myself using you a lot in the long run. Hope you don't disappoint your users!
