How to get investment without using social networks?

Try to get your mother, wife and children to invest. If they do not want to buy, either the idea is bad or you are known scammer. If they do give you money, buy a book on marketing,

In the recent conditions these tools are useless I mean social networks
I am just looking for other options

you are going to have a really though task to find investors there, you really need to stand out from the rest somehow.. and that is really hard to do

there is no alternative other than social network, because to get other media promotions is too expensive.
social media helps promotion cheaply and quickly.

I think there will be no other good way/s to get investments without using social media networks. Using social media as the way for promoting and advertising the project/s, for the reason that investors usually seek information about the project on it and mostly the way of socializing of most people.

There are some other possible ways to promote like meet-ups but still you need to use social media effectively to promote your meet-up. Also get investment of what or which project? More details will get you more information here.

I agree that investors can be found at conferences. Just speaking to them, without using social networks. But it seems to me that all the same it is better to use all available channels.
