I am from Syria, and I want to buy some digital products. Unfortunately there is no way to buy by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal here, nor I can’t I activate Visa cards that loaded using bitcoin "all cards doesnt support my counrty’"? How can I buy through Visa or PayPal and pay using without verification of identity? Are there any services or people who can buy for me "using Visa or PayPal" and then pay them "using bitcoin"?

There are sites like LocalBitcoins[1] whereas you can sell your bitcoin for PayPal funds. Just make sure that you're transacting with a reputable person. Also, the prices might not be very good, but you can create your own offers with your preferred prices.

All of these services are banned here, I can not create a PayPal account or get Visa cards.

Oh wow. That's tough. The choice you have left is to probably ask a friend or a relative abroad to buy the stuff for you and just ship them your way.

You want to buy digital products and you have BTC? So why you want to convert that BTC to fiat, just buy what you need direct with BTC. For start visit Goods (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0) section, there you will find a large number of products which can be purchased directly for BTC. However attention should be paid to the possibility of delivery in your country.

Coz what actually you want to buy? If you can tell us what you're trying to get then people here will link you some sites, only if the product can be bought with btc. Not to mention you can use the digital goods section in this forum, only if you can find you're looking for there.

But very big fees - 7-12% or a minimum of 5 EUR/ 6USD. There's no mention of them rejecting specific countries, but it's possible.

The alternative is to find someone on here with a card who'll buy for you in return for BTC. I would only do it with established people.

You could try making a WTB post for whatever you’re looking for in the Goods section of this forum, (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0) or try to look for a reshipping/freight forwarding service to Syria and order things from outside. I know reshipping is a bit expensive to some countries in your region for various reasons, but a site like ShipW (https://www.shipw.com/country/syria) should give you an estimate of how much a package might cost to reshipping to you based on weight and size, and then it’ll be possible for you to order items from Amazon with crypto from a site like Purse.io and send it to an address the reshipping site gives you, and you’ll be able to get your item once they ship the item to you from there. A bit complex, but this should work.

I've solved my problem with digital goods, what about services?


I want to buy digital services, those services that need some personal information, set up an account and then the payment is requested using a visa or PayPal. Form online courses - Renew my free subscription of some services - Remittances accepted Visa.

Yeah, localbitcoins is the best way to buy bitcoin peer to peer and you can meet the sellers face to face so you don't have to worry about it.

If you can not personally use PayPal or any card in your country, and you want to buy/pay some services then you need to find a person who will do it for you. In this case there should be mutual trust, or you should use escrow to make a deal.

For example you can check Currency exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) and find trusted user who can pay for you with PayPay, and you send BTC to them - of course that service must have a certain commission for that user.

If you do that always look for users with many successful trades and postive trust.
