So I won't reveal about what this is, but I will give some keywords so you can have an idea:

So, I have 50% of the MVP (Minimum Viable product Developed), I just got fired in my work (just insolvency of the company) and i'm able to work on this daily as a daily job work, I need YOU to answer 6 really simple questions that you can find here:

Any skill-based game that involves real-money bets will be abused. Unless you can effectively keep out bots from plundering your human users, I dont see it going anywhere.

So, you give us only these hints... Earn money, skills game, and have fun... Really? That doesn't tell us anything about the project.


Yep, that's why we can't find any betting site who offer chess. In computer science there are no good skills, there are good coders, if you want to make a darts game, a coder can make the dart always hit in the middle,  and same with chess, you can open a chess game and play in the hardest way, just do the moves your enemy is doing in the betting site and then we will see all users playing like pros.

The game would be between 2 real persons, and the bets would be places by both players, let's say you start a match, you place a $10 bet and your opponent place a $10 bet, if you win you would take $20, if you loose you lose $10. So it's not a casino, nor a gambling site, it's a skill based game where you play with real people.

I dont think that this will work in chess nor checkers, at some point in the match that will not be possible anymore.

And the bot thing, that's a potential problem and i'm already addressing it.

PD: I'm actually already giving a lot of hints about the project. I guess this project is a lot different so yes, and not giving hints don't help.

  yes, just look like your hobbies .dont put in mind that your earning just wait hobbies tell you that you are earning. mostly people success through enjoyment for what they do.

I just checked it, and the answer is, "yes" and "no".

The bet would be between 2 persons, that are playing against in real time, let's say checkers.

You as player1 place a $10 bet (or let's call it entry fee), and the player you are playing against pays also $10 as entry fee, if you win, you would take $20, if you loose you would loose your $10. So not sure if the correct name is "bet", you are not betting against some random numbers, not against the house, you are betting that you will be better than the other player and that you will win.

So, it's not like a casino, nor a betting site, where all the odds are against you. To win here, it depends on your skill.

Well, how does the site earns from that?

Not sure how the site would earn from that, but my idea is a small comission on each game.

Let's say if you win those $20, 5% would go to the system.

Other ideas are welcome.

Those are just keywords but those are just common ones and wont really be enough on whats actually this gambling site is all about.
Skill-based or Luck based it doesnt matter yet it can really give out fun to players but depending on the game.

Surfed out the link and it do only ask out basic stuffs but this turns out that this is just collecting some email to be add up on your list.  ;D

I've had been gambling often when BTC was between $3-5k but stopped after it spiked up hard. Now is the chance for everyone to try out new concepts like yours, if you could get your site up and running as soon as possible, most people who are interested and experienced in such games will surely give a shot to your concept and try their luck. Good luck with your concept, it'd be great if you focus more on making an app for this instead of a website.

Actually no, my goal is not to recollect emails, that why the email field is not mandatory.

My primary goal is to do a market analysis before spending a lot of hours. I will post the project when I have more done, as said, the game engine itself is working, but now comes the site integrations, when I have the MVP done, I will launch it here.

Why would you prefer an app?

I thought that crypto-people use more pc and sites in general.

Always willing to help out projects, we can't get enough of new ideas in the space, can we?

Don't limit your thoughts to a single thing, broaden them to the next level. Nowadays, most people look for convenience and if we talk about (this is something different I know, but as for example) exchanges, most of the flock flies towards the ones with their official apps rather than trading online. The same applies here, I believe that the games you've talked about, will work much better in apps than trying to drag your audience towards a website because apps will capture a whole lot of attention in comparison to a website.

So does it resemble some kind of a game we have right now? Or is the rules kind of similar to some kind of betting games other sites have right now? And yes I really think its kind of vague especially with the word fun. We all differ in our appreciation of what is fun and what is not. Anyways, keep up the good work.

Yes you are right, everyone has a different perception of "fun", but its in general.

I could not find any project similar to this.

And no, this is not a casino, you won't be playing against the "house" you will be playing with real players, so, you're chances of winning are depending on your skill level, since it's a skill based game.
Totally true. Currently I hhave half of the game finished, stopping that and starting from scratch for an app would take a lot of extra time, so my idea is:

Launch the project and if:
- It's working
- And i'm getting revenue

Then i'll be working on launching the project on different platform.

Does that makes sense?
