hope is still wide open for bitcoin in the future, this downturn has indeed had a negative impact on investors but this is not over, bitcoin travel is still long and appropriate as an investment tool in the following year

We are heading over to 1K USD and nobody knows what will happen in 2019.I have a good feeling about 2019,but that's just me.Nice meme,by the way.You should give credit to the original author of that meme.
All the bitcoin haters can say "I told you so" and laugh,but I'm still a bitcoin supporter untill the end.

we all know dont know about it, and maybe it will rise up, or maybe the price will go down more and more, all we need is hope if you believe in bitcoin i think you can get the benefit by believeing in bitcoin

There is a lot of money flowing into crypto and that cannot be ignored. There is no way that it will death spiral, especially with the bakkt coming out next month

it is not possible to say but my guess is that the manipulators are trying to get ready for the new year by ending this year with a very low price at which they are going to buy a huge amount of bitcoin so that they can make a huge profit when bitcoin shoots up to the moon next year.
it is always more profitable to buy bitcoin at a lower price than at $6k when it reaches $100k

Bitcoin is following the normal trend of most successful stocks - ups and downs then ups again.  From mere cents to thousands of dollars per bitcoin the advance has been spectacular over the last decade.  Look at the charts for proof of this.
 
Panic sellers are inexperienced investors and so loose out often at great loss.

I think the market is done correcting .
So come 2019 the market would be relatively stable .
I am not so sure about this though.
I heard that bull run will start February.

Nothing I guess. We should try not to expect anything for us not to be disappointed in the future if things doesn't go on our way.

My thoughts and nothing more....I think it will go lower for part of 2019 & then just sit there for a while. I don't think there'll be any meaningful move upwards until after the 2020 halving & it'll probably be the end of 2021 before we see big advances in price. (Hoping I'm right anyway...knowing my luck, it'll probably go to zero!).

Chances are this bear cycle won't mimic 2014 exactly, but it's definitely the closest case we have. So I think we should expect a bottom at an ~85-90% drop from the ATH.

Given the rate price recently crashed and the fear in the market, we're probably heading into the final shakeout soon, within the next couple weeks. If so, price is going to bounce very hard off the bottom. At the 2015 bottom, the price shot up 54% in 24 hours. This past February, the price shot up 38% in 24 hours.

If we follow that course, 2019 will be a very quiet year of sideways just like 2015.

Yes good Picture. It gives confidence to people invested in bitcoin. We cannot tell what will happen in 2019 but we have lot of hope and belief on bitcoin which will prove once again in being the best crypto coin in the market and achieve the feet of reaching upto 10K.

Probably 6 months of relative stability as it bottoms in the ~3000s, and then 6 months of growth to start the new bull run.

I think it depends on trust, if trust in bitcoin is still there then bitcoin will definitely have hope. At present, the trust in bitcoin is decreasing so many people choose to sell at low prices. Nobody knows in the future, and our trust will determine the fate of bitcoin in the future.

The trust you are referring to is people "trusting" that the prices will go back up. If you aren't here for the technical aspects of Bitcoin, your "trust" in the market will be broken time on time again. It's useless since it's based on nothing. Let people sell everything they have, the sooner that happens the sooner we can move on. They are near the point of breaking anyway, so why not sell now there is still some value left, because it will soon go to $0 in their mind.

These market cycles is exactly what people wish for, and they got it. Pumps don't go on endlessly; as hard as the price pumps it will dump again. There is no infinite queue with next fools to buy your bags.

You are right, this is not the end of Bitcoin. Yes I agree a lot of short term investors have badly affected from this downfall. It's only because of continuous price fluctuation if the market recovers things will settle down very soon.

I don't feel like the previous years were there to screw us over, like the picture suggests. 2016 and 17 were great years if you were entering the market. In fact every year was great, including 2018. By buying BTC you are all jumping from a plane with a parachute. Some of you will land on a hill and can walk down without effort, and some of you will land in the middle of a lake and will a lot more strength and resolve to swim to the shore. Don't give up and you'll make it.
The only people that were screwed in the past years were those who screwed themselves by selling low. I did some of it too in 2016 because I was inexperienced.

For me these posts are good news… bull market won't take long....

What do you expected? By looking at the series of pictures, you're kind of stress and trauma about the falling and the bear market. Firstly, you don't have to be afraid, you have to be positive. it's not the end of bitcoin. No one knows what would happen in the next year. There's always surprise for those who keep believing, keep positive, and keep patient.

Most people will call it a scam because they are now experiencing the very bearishness of the market which was happened last 2014 if could just look at the price charts. FUD is also the number source of most people are now dumping because of the panic in the market that they might lose a lot of their investments.

Which is not surprising in most cases that I have seen already and it keeps on happening everytime the market is on its bearishness. People never really learn from their mistakes.

This is a year that is not good for crypto development, we are in a phase of decline that is so extreme. When compared with 2017, this has a remarkable difference. In 2017 we are all in heaven because there are many people who can take advantage of good opportunities, the chances of earning income are much greater in 2017. Hopefully in 2019 we can repeat the events in 2017. Everyone and various elements who are in the cryptocurency system must believe in crypto, such a basic thing that can build the crypto world to be much more enthusiastic and can attract many investors to invest.
