I randomly found this thread earlier ( Marketplace Script * Tor Optimized * Bitcoin/Monero Escrow Market (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5082349.0) ) and saw the guy selling my script. He is obviously not authorized by me to do it... He even copy/pasted most of the stuff from my thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1879294). Now, as a programmer I don't like seeing my work being sold by someone else because I know how much time I put into the project, but unfortunately there is not much I can do here other than posting this information out there. What he is doing is considered "untrusted behavior" by definition and should be dealt with. If some DT member is reading this and also find this behavior disgusting, you would be more than welcome to tag him with red trust.

Report to mods as plagiarism linking your stuff, they will permaban him.

This is the problem with intellectual property. Anyone can copy your work and claim it saying their works. The DTs can tag the account but how many times they will do that? This person will create bunches of accounts and will spam the forum if he see there is a potential market in here for the script.

Good catch! I doubt he has your script, it could just as well be a scammer trying to earn $200 without sending anything.

Does not matter, if he is willing to go trough the process again and again I am too. Its a 10 secs for a DT to tag him, but I image it will take him longer to create new acc and post that stuff again.

Yesterday I saw another guy trying to resell one crypto faucet script without permission, but seems that this thread already deleted. I want to ask about forum staff position towards these resell attempts. I checked Bitcointalk rules, but didn't found anything about illegal resell attempts on marketplace. Can mods delete such threads and ban these users, or this thing like all other type of scams are left to DT members only to judge? It's pretty pointless to mark these users with red because they are using throw-away accounts.

This is the intellectual property of OP and should be protected by law.

Now that things have happened, I will now give the OP some suggestions for resolution (According to general law)

1. Asked him to return the money for the sale of the script to the OP, and stop his sale.

2. OP should seek some protection of the certification of official institutions, such as USPTO (https://www.uspto.gov/) or other national patent offices, but this may cost some money, you can submit your patent application online.

3. I noticed that you have such an article in your original post:
It means that you allow to transfer script, if the other party pays you enough money, then he will take ownership of the script and can legally sell your script. So you can ask the other party to pay you more money and get the ownership of the script.

The above is just a suggestion based on the usual laws, but I don't think the liar will follow this advice, you can try.

It's look he try to scam others people's. Just create new account yesterday and came out for sell script. So obviously his intention is scam to people's(IMO). It's good to see LoyceV already tag him, I don't think someone will deal with him now except obvious fool people's. It's good to see you already left a reply on his thread about his scammy activity and you are the original owner of script, so that people's will not trust him now. And as LoyceV said report him for copy paste or spinning thread then he will get ban.

Just keep in eye and search sometimes he may create new account and could make new thread if his thread get deleted.

I'm not sure what kind of punishment this guy deserves - deletion of thread, ban, or just red trust from DT members?
