Real estate is the most stable concept among the other concepts, besides that, real estate investment is more promising with good profits, but for now, any concept is a challenge as long as it is not yet in the market

You can definitely invest not only in Bitcoin and Ethereum. make sure to allocate a small part of your money for investments in new blockchains

I am still waiting for the first ICO on Real Estate that I saw to really take off (Real Property Token). I believe the team is working behind the scene and they've released updates recently so that's a good sign.

Other ICOs on Real Property I know of:
Openbrix
Max Poperty Group

Make sure it is not a scam project, because a lot of ICO's are scammers these days research about the project and invest according to that. If their team and previous project are good then move on.

I'm following Plutus who would enable you to spend your crypto on any real estate you wanted. Its a crypto payment platform so it just seamlessly converts whatever crypto you want into usable fiat before the property owner receives it. And they're massive on security as they've done it all on a decentralized model so no worries there. Their crypto debit card and app is coming out in a couple months.

Have you ever heard about Brickblock? It is Ethereum token and is made specifically for the purpose of real estate buying, investing and so on. Their first real estate deal is being approved by the officials at the moment. Btw the company is based in Europe and is fully regulated by their laws. In my opinion the future is very bright for this crypto start up. Check out their website to learn more - https://www.brickblock.io/

Yes I went through the link and It seems to be a good one for real estate buying as it has made only for the certain business, making regulations not a bad move in my opinion because it will keep a Full stop for the scammers.

There are dedicated ICOs that's made for real estate and will accept the token that they created. But I haven't found such real offers for selling their properties for that specific altcoins.

I have seen many offers for bitcoin and few for ethereum and other few popular top alts.

In today's market situation it is difficult to single out any coin. Therefore, I would recommend to stay with Bitcoin. This coin is least at risk.

I checked out brick blocks website. I'm not sold on that one yet.

So what kind of apps can they build for real estate?

How can I invest in a project or a coin or an app, when I have limited funds, but I have an interest to invest a couple hundred bucks.
