No of users of cryptocurrency are growing ,more and more govts are recognizing the BTC ,several institutions have come forward to accept crypto, most of the traders have booked profit and almost sold their holdings are the indicators of  the rise of prices of BTC in 2019. Do you agree?

Are you saying that traders selling their holdings is an indicator that the price will rise in 2019? Because that's not how the market works. No one knows when the prices will rise. And because no one knows when the prices will rise, stop being impatient and stop posting about price.

That is the same perception in 2018, and look where we are now. There are many other factors at play here. I have lost faith in bitcoin rising since the middle of this year. Now I just sit back and profit from its galloping here and there. Instead of stocking coins now, I trade cryptocurrency CFDs at Forexchief Broker for profit. It's the list I can do right now since ripple failed me.

I do believe that the situation for bitcoin will change for the better the coming year 2019. The year 2018 was not good as people expected and next year will be better hopefully

I believe your opinion that bitcoin will return to its heyday in 2019, there is no need to panic if you look at the current situation. because trust with bitcoin is no doubt and will raise prices again

in my opinion for my perception of bitcoin in 2019, it will improve and also the users will not feel disadvantaged because they have already spent their money so they can invest or sell when prices are high.

I am very curious to know ow how you arrived at that conclusions about majority of traders 'booked profit'.
Depending on what strategy you have used, you could have possibly profited from Bitcoin this year. Shorting is one of the best ways to profit from the market, except it is linked to price drops.

Regular investors are most likely not satisfied with the current price which has remained firmly below the $3500 range.
There are not tools however, with which to make any speculation for 2019.

I think every crypto trader or who is trying to earn some money,will agree with you. This logic can be true and there are equal chances that it will be false. SO only we can wait for the rise of market. In my opinion number of crypto lovers is decreasing day by day. Due to which investment in crypto is decreasing day by day.

The community is growing and the institutional investors are getting on board. 2019 will be an exciting year for sure.

in my opinion, if bitcoin and cryptocurrency can rise to the expected level as at the beginning of the year, some of these indicators cannot be used as a measure to predict crypto's future in 2019. Because since the very drastic decline, it is proven that good news is also unable to raise prices

Already many industries are accepting the Bitcoin, so these kind of indicators are not improve the consumers satisfaction so we need some big jump in this month, then only 2019 will be the best year of Bitcoin. I hope again Bitcoin is going to moon so keep buying more Bitcoin and altcoin in this dip we will wait for the best year.

Bitcoin is increasingly coming out to the masses of the public around the world ! I think you're right it will affect the growth of prices in 2019, just want to note that I read that the issue of scaling bitcoin that will also bear fruit as well as its main problem.

Completely opposite of what you're trying to imply IMO. Traders selling for cash is not an indicator of a price rise. There literally isn't a reliable and consistent indicator for watching price rises as most of them failed on determining bitcoin's actual movement. 2019 should be good due to the lined-up events and launches that could potentially shift the interest of the traders to bitcoin once more, but then again we've seen the similar scenario on 2015 to early 2016 but then the price performed poorly until getting to a low of $150.

the only reason why sells and the crash can be an indicator of a rise in the near future is if you consider this current crash as a manipulation of the price. in which case that means manipulators sold too much to force the price to this level so that they can buy more of it and then release the selling pressure when it  could no longer be contained and have the rise.

It's time to say that prices will return to 15,000 per btc

People do have high hopes for bitcoin in 2019 but we can't really know for sure until the 2019 comes. If the price really goes up like people want it to than it is fine, that way people will get what they want from bitcoin. However, if it doesn't go up like we imagine and even goes low than people will start to panic and start thinking the end is near and everyone will keep on selling.

Buyers are not big enough to cover such a loss and we will see a doom like situation with it. Hence, 2019 hype is really a light thread for us, if it goes high that is amazing and if it goes low it is worse. If people didn't have any expectation at all than whatever happens would be fine but since they have expectations whichever direction it will go it will go with %100 boost under it taking it further than it suppose to.

I think there is little doubt the price will turn around in 2019. This crash is now just about as deep as other historical Bitcoin crashes. It might go a bit lower still, and will probably be in the 2/3000s - 4/5000s range for another half year I'd bet, but the tide will begin turning, as it always does. The price might only triple in 2019 (I think $10k would be a good target for end of 2019) and the price might not do anything the first half of the year, but as sure as a crash in 2018 was coming after the boom in 2017, 2019 will start to turn around and head into the next bull market. Wall St entering the fray will alone insure that. Also there are only so many bears that still own bitcoin, the longer Bitcoin stays in this bottom range with much fewer bears and much fewer people who are panic selling from their high buys from a year ago, the more people will slowly trickle back into the market once they feel safe Bitcoin only has one way to go, and that is up!

Yes, there are lot of rumors about this as If we sell the holdings the price may go up. I cannot understand how this will work? The market will pump only if the big whales start investing in a bulk margin this is my guessing.

This expectations for Bitcoin to suddenly rise in 2019 sounds similar to me like expectations that Bitcoin price will reach 20000$ again at the end of this year.
I also believe that at some point in the next year the price will recover but it's very hard to tell when this exactly will happen and in want range. What I want to say is that people shouldn't expect too much in too short period of time. By that time try not to accumulate loss that is not necessary.

I definitely agree dude. Too much expectations especially since the past few years the last quarter of each year have been quite fruitful. Very few expected this decline so few were probably emotiobally prepared. Please don't make the same mistake for 2019

I think there will be a recovery in 2019, the market will regain confidence and demand for bitcoin will increase. This year it is better to keep holding it, and in 2019 it will be able to provide benefits.

Bitcoin has really though us a lot this year.
We have so much trusted to have the pump at the end of the year, most of us are caught disappointed.
Not even a reasonable or favourable value since it started coming down from January.
So we are now like watching and waiting with less prediction.

Probably he meant that most traders have already sold and left nothing which makes them to sell nothing more. When most people will not sell, prices may not get dumped and also, what you will do after selling and seeing prices got lowered ? Buy back ? Why not that situation may trigger the much anticipated price rise ?

Continuing my bitcoin holding is the thing, I am just following because no one could predict the bottom has hit or yet to hit. But, keep holding is just way of supporting bitcoin also I am not having any near time commitments for my bitcoins hence keep holding regardless of how much potential losses I am incurring are least bothered. I just keep holding not for 2019 end but for 2030.
