Tron is copy+paste whitepaper and only twitter hype.
But ETH dumped by ICOs.

I see TRON trying to gain traction pretty quickly. Either way the battle will be who can solve scalability. Another project to consider is MOAC for building dapps. I personally think the future lies in customizable, multi-layer blockchains. Just some food for thought.

This battle between the two devs of tron and ethereum is more of a drama for me.

They have been doing that to gain attention. I'm not a tron holder but I'm an eth holder but both are just brought up by bitcoin so whatever comes first to the rank it doesn't mean they are able to it by themselves.

Yes, you are right TRON is not completely established but looks at the price of bitcoin went down from $19000 to $3500 and defensively there is an impact on the altcoins. Tron has not increased much if you compared with previous prices but we need to wait until the market starts recovering and who are going to be in the second place.

I bought tron before when it is making a lot of noise and news on medias and I'm attracted to it. But suddenly the market fell and I lost confidence to its news that has been making, it's more of a hype news so I figured it out. But anyway, good luck to its future endeavors..

if i'm not worng last year most of ICO project use ethereum platform, and thats the main causes why ethereum price growing hard in last year

TRON is all hype, but what bothers me the most is the level of control, influence, and power Justin Sun has on the product. Vitalik maybe the most famous face of Ethereum, but he doesn't exert as much influence and control due to co-founders presence, foundation, and that enterprise alliance. Ethereum Enterprise Alliance is the biggest win for the platform, personally. You can't have that much access to mainstream industry players and not have something positive come out of it down the line

The ETH will always better than TRON, I think so. In the next year 2019, ETH will come back to the 2nd position in Coinmarketcap. TRON is the potential crypto, suitable to invest but not for long-term like ETH. In the cryptocurrency market, I think BTC and ETH are the best cryptos, cannot be replaced.

I prefer to buy and have Ethereum as much as I can because I see now that the most widely used platforms are ethereum.

Tron is not a good coin, several times go up and the coin got huge sold by the owner, I don't see any serious attempt to bring the coin go up, eth is hit by a several bad incidents,it kind of hard to predict the rise of eth,but eth still got good chances to back, it may need some time before eth could back to it's performance

Tron is really good altcoin to buy and hold for future, I think. But Ethereum could to reach good position in next year, and it would be stupid to forget about ETH.

Although ETH lost its 2nd rank on Coinmarketcap and it's not the best altcoin anymore but I think TRON has no way to be better than ETH although it keep increasing in next 5 or 10 days. for trading in short term i think choose Tron is best choice for now, but for long term trading i'm prefer in Ethereum Tron

if you look at the conditions of the ethereum price movement as it is still very difficult to reverse, the trend of ethereum prices is still falling in price and ethereum is very difficult to return, maybe this year TRON and ethereum have had a hard time and almost all cryptocurrency .

not just ETH and TRON but all coin go down, follow price movement BTC.
so all coins experience their bad times.
ETH is down due to the large number of ico scams that add bad news to eth.
whereas for Tron I don't really know, what is clear is that all the coins are in their bad times.

For me I think TRON will not surpass in Ethereum because we all knew that ethereum was the second most popular in crypto currency.

if we see at coinmarketcap, now the rank of ethereum is down and replaced by xrp,, so, eth didn't become the second best of crypto for now

I do not believe that TRON is a direct competitor to Ethereum. If we are talking about competitors, it is in my opinion NEO, not TRON. NEO is not just called the Chinese Ethereum. There are reasons for this.

I have been trading tron for the last few months and earned a little profit. But since the decline of the ETH value, Tron value also declined. So it's still dependent on Ethereum. I'll still go for Ethereum.

I am sure that Ethereum 2.0 will be much more promising than TRON

From my point of view, I want to compare any of these two because we know both are potential coins when it comes to investment. ETH is an old coin compared to Tron if you compare the supply ETH is far better than Tron. Even adoption of ETH is more compared to Tron.

what increase in strength are you talking about? I don't see TRON continuing to increase strength and will become a competitor for Ethereum because TRON's position is still far below Ethereum. TRON is only a new coin in crypto while ETH has been here a long time and many people have invested in ETH, so I will still choose ETH is not TRON.

Tron only using ethereum to compare their power and to add popularity thay TRX is more powerful and trusted against ethereum. It is true that tron already proven its existence but the difference between these two was very obvious and ethereum already won the battle in all aspects. Unfortubately, ETH losses the number 2 spot which may decrease their credibility.

In  my opinion, investing ethereum is the best you can do right now. Ethereum has a stable price. Although it is currently down, but just hold your altcoin within the next 2 months. According to altcoin and channel observers who discuss altcoin, altcoin prices will return to normal, altcoin prices will slowly rise and toward their peak prices. Do not rush to sell it now, just invest your money to buy ethereum now, then get a lot of profit. While prices are down, buy ethereum as much as possible, is not it a good time to invest ?, Just monitor the market situation and price charts. And predict what will happen. Tron and ethereum for me are big and potentially coins,
and both are also great ways that we can buy now and you can last for a long time.

The market is down generally and tron was one of the coins invested in this January but it is also in loses.  I could remember that many speculators were saying tron is the next big thing and the future of cryptocurrencies market but the whole thing is pointing to another direction.  I think we should wait for future to see what become of cryptocurrencies market.

even though CEO Tron said like that but it looks like the party from Ethereum will still win and will still be able to make that much volume in one day and Tron will be very difficult to defeat ethereum.

What a dwarf battle with a giant, although still these two coins will not show a strong development in the future, but the ETH here wins in many respects. Therefore, we hope that it will not disappear and will not merge into the new fork.

Actually ETH is in dominant from TRON because of their demand by the ICO projects. Majority of the projects start their projects with ethereum. Some new start with TRON but it will take time for the users of TRON to start it as many investors find it convenient to invest with ethereum. Many are not aware with TRON.

i personally believe if Tron will never beat ethereum,,
because, ethereum is the first smart contracts platform in this crypto industries
a lot of altcoins project with smart contracts platform claimed as the next ethereum, but you as you can see, there was no alt with smart contracts can beat ethereum until now  ;)

this is only a belief from a CEO, whether it's for speculation or popularity but sometimes actions like this can improve prices on the market, ethereum miss vitalik on action like this..

now it's a period of tronix hype
if you know how to trade hype coins you will be okay with tronix
if you want a coin that will be well for a long time cause of stronger platform imo you need ether

although Tron shows a good impact, but I see if eth still has potential. now a lot of coins that compete with eth and eth will still show their existence

I just sold my Tron recently, I lose faith in the project the CEO has a very childish behavior and keeps bashing Counterparts. Ethereum is still the king of dapps and it has a lot of use cases, if you think its going die due to decreasing market cap? think again.

Eth king of dapps? What exact dapps they have now crypto kitty? They don't have link with the real world. What project on eth you can use in the real world? They just promised that will increase speed, but still no updates. Waiting when this will happen at last.

In my opinion, Ethereum is the best of altcoins in the cryptocurrency market, always will be. The blockchain of ETH is applied to almost ICO project, and I think if ICO project becomes better in the next year, the price of ETH will go to the moon.

This was several days ago and is still increasing.

I have both of them in my portfolio, big whales of tron are doing manipulation everytime and I trust to tron less than ethereum team and community so I have more eth than trx, but I think they will see new aths in 1-1.5 year.

Tron is doing good and trying to build up its demand in the market. Personally, still, I prefer ethereum and consider it as the best altcoin whatever the price is it doesn't matter because it will come back soon. So I think to buy Eth and hold it for the real-time to sell at a decent price.

For the long term, actually these two coins are equally potential, but eth seems to be still the second best coin even though currently the second best coin predicate has been sheared, but sure in the near future it can be sure Eth's price will return to normal.

Ehereum is the best, as it is the only currency that have potential o beat BTC. Tron is at position 10 in coinmarketcap. It needs minimum 3-5 years to cross eth of even XRP. Keep in mind that after BTC, ETH is the currency which is widely used on different exchanges to change any crypto currency. You can invest for small profit.

Yes, i completely agree with your opinion on this topic. Still Ethereum has high potential in growth as compared to the TRON. So going with Ethereum will always be a beneficial move for us.

A lot of people still believe with ETH as long it still have good potential in future, i think if crypto community keep like this, altcoin price especially top volume coins will not beaten by new coins with their big speculation.

This is nothing to me as Tron just want to take the center stage while the Ethereum is falling. Tron want to strike in the expense of Ethereum but the investors are already matured enough to know what Tron can give. I'm not that confident to invest in Tron.

Until now, ethereum is still strong even though the volume is not as crowded as last year, but it is good to be able to take investors' interest when ethereum falls. But all of this is only temporary and ethereum will return with more volume increases.

Ethereum is like a slow steady horse, very reliable but not a great achiever. Tron is more wild, i think there are more gains to be had with tron but it depends on how much marketing Justin does, normally he brings out some good news every week to keep the community happy and maintain interest

In my opinion, TRON is very promising and attracts many investors and traders. If i were you i would invest TRX now probably more attractive than ETH. Because TRX's price level is very high.

You just creating hype for Tron to compare them to Ethereum. Anyway every people has their own opinion why they will invest but I don't see any good points that I will put my money on Tron besides Ethereum has been the mother of most new ICO which this can bounce back.

I am more bullish in ETH, they have the strongest team out of all. I am very doubtful about Tron, the price may raise a lot, as they are sitting on a bunch of assets and can afford great marketing.

Eth is good and has a slow but sure development, the eth community is also strong.
Tron does have a good and creative strategy so it has a pretty wild increase.

for now I have some tron and ethereum from trading capital that I have 25% for Tron dadn 75% for ethereum, even though Tron doesn't have good development at least I can have a tron so when the tron price rises I can get a profit.
