My friend is going to face an critical problem, so please help me to overcome this situation...!!!

Bitcoin.com is owned by Roger Ver. Here is the wallet's github. https://github.com/Bitcoin-com/Wallet What exactly is your friend's problem? Did they get confused by "Bitcoin Cash" and "Bitcoin Core?"

Probably this is the issue his friend's facing, I guess.

To OP please clarify what your friends issue here, if its related to technical, then bitcoin.com only can help him, but I'm afraid if they do.

This is also the thing comes to my mind first when mentioning bitcoin.com and someones problem. We cant still make any conclusion yet since its
not being clarified on whats actually the problem of his friend.

Waste of time... If your friend has a problem he shall directly contact the website support. Why would you send a friend to a forum to ask if the dev is here  :D. People can really be dumb sometimes. Even if the dev. would be a member here, I don't think he would care about helping you, he would just politely tell you to contact the site

Probably that. It's very confusing for people because they some times end up sending Bitcoin from an external source (could be an exchange or whatever other service) to a BCH address.

Try to get your funds back from an entity that toxic. I recommend everyone to not use their wallet because it's not only deceiving, they have also proven to scam people by selling Bitcoin which later turned out to be BCH.

If you scam people once, have scammed people recently by illegally pointing hashrate that isn't theirs to another coin to nurse their ego and destabilize the market, they'll definitely scam you again.
