BTW OP, the ban is on you as a person, not just the account. You may not use this account to post anywhere else accept to appeal your ban or it is considered ban evasion. Yep, using a Hero account to appeal Full Member's ban was a nice touch. Ban one get one free.

None of us here are moderators so we're not making decisions. But I'm quite certain your chance of keeping this account is 0. Ban evasion is not allowed.

Guess for the last 3 month and how many asking why they got banned and maybe already knowing why , we should get a thread for with titel " Why i was Banned"  and maybe  LoyceV or  DdmrDdmr can do Statistic for all the banned and why they banned !

I suppose it would be optimal that when the user himself deletes his comments with merit, then merit should be destroyed also.
Then merit buyers will not be able to delete posts with a zero value for erasing traces and save merit at the same time.

There's no need for that, I can tell you already 99+% of the complainers were banned for plagiarism.
They used to not care, as they could easily farm more accounts. Now it's an actual loss which they can't recover. Thanks to the Merit system, we're now Draining the swamp (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3122415.0)

I do think most bans are for spam though, but they're mainly Newbies/bots who don't complain about it.

I know, right? Usually it's newbies who get themselves banned for plagiarism after drawing attention themselves by complaining about not getting merits, or a bunch of connected junior member accounts outing themselves after one account gets banned. You don't usually see hero accounts that get banned due to their own stupidity.

I'm sure you're well aware there's a bell curve for human intelligence and I'm sure the intelligence and/or knowledge of bitcointalk rules, culture, and how things usually go down in ban appeal threads among plagiarists also has a normal distribution.  This guy is obviously a 2-sigma, left-tail idiot for doing what he did here. 

Can't say I'm unhappy about that, however.  Wish more of of these copy/pasting simps were this ignorant.

This makes sense.. how can the post be of value to the board if it is deleted. Then again merited threads would not be able to be edited at all if you want to prevent them hiding what it was that was merited.

The stupid thing was to post your bounty reports while your appeal was in progress if you thought the appeal had any chance.

But look at the bright side - you don't have to deal with all this stupid stuff anymore and you can occupy yourself with more fulfilling activities.

That's the point Bitcointalk does not tolerate plagiarizers and banning you as a person helps clean the forum with one less plagiarizer roaming around the forum. And oh btw thank you for posting your appeal with your Hero account, this is even a bigger catch compared to the full member account you are owning. If you have other accounts we are open to hearing more of your appeal so we can ban them after.

The rules aren't stupid, nor are they even that numerous compared to other forums I'm familiar with.  I suspect that you're only thinking they're stupid because you broke them and got multiple accounts banned as a result.  Better luck next time, boyo.

I'm really glad for two things:  1) that members are catching these cases of plagiarism, and 2) that mods are taking quick action against them.  Ban appeal threads are annoying as all hell, but I'd rather they keep appearing than the alternative, which would be a situation that would go far past annoying.  Keep up the good work, guys.

Omg I had a good laugh reading this topic.  ;D He completely screwed himself by not reading rules and just being ignorant.
If you are such angry person telling why did you even bother creating another account. It's not like you have a 0 chance of getting account back but it now goes into negative  ;D

You have to learn to value and appreciate things and other people. If everybody would do such things this place would have no value.
