5 February, 2019 is the private sale stage right ?
then the last stage from the main ICO will run until 5 february 2020,,
my question is when the distributions for private sale investors ?
because, this is will become a long journey for the private sale investors,, because they should wait about 1 year if the distributionis from private sale investors after the main sale ended

Tokens will be available to the investor immediately at the time of purchase. They can be spent on parks services as soon as they are opened and the services provided by the platform as soon as it is launched. An opportunity to sell them or exchange them for other currencies will also appear when we list our VR token on the stock exchange. Listing on the stock exchange is planned for 2020. The list of exchanges for listing is not yet approved.

There are concerns that, despite the backward compatibility of ERC-223 and ERC 721 with ERC-20, the exchanges selected for listing in the future will not support tokens based on these new protocols. In 2017, this was a significant factor limiting the distribution of tokens based on ERC-223 or ERC-721. We are likely to switch to the ERC-223 protocol in case if we are sure that there are absolutely no problems with the use of tokens based on it.

for small time investors and for those who are looking for short-time period of investment, this is not for them. this is really a long-term one. unless, you really want to use their services and not interested in the trading business.

I recently talked about projects that disappointed me, but this project combined 2 of my favorite technologies, virtual reality and blockchain. Being able to develop using VR is simply fantastic. I see the VR park has many partnerships, including Facebook, can you tell us in terms of what the partnership between VR Park and Facebook?

I can see bonus structure which shows that each round has different soft cap and hard cap. That is bit confusing at first sight and seems complicated for reader. Wasn't good to make this basic information as simple and clear as possible. Now I can't understand what is the actual soft cap and hard cap as final threshold for the project.

for the VR Park project, the sales duration is very long. Even though the private sales are still less than 25 days. But for the ICO public sale, it will only be completed on April 17, 2020. hopefully with a very long duration can reach the maximum target.

ICO prices I think are so expensive

I see that the softcap is pretty high. Even the market is slightly going up which is a positive sign for investors and project, what makes you think that you are able to reach the soft cap? What happen if the project doesn't reach softcap?

I don't think $800,000 soft cap is too much for such a project. Lets see if they can meet the requirement funds within 29 days as the ico will be start on 30th april.

For a private sale, I agree that is not really much. But for other stages, the softcaps are pretty high and if the decision is to return money when the softcap is not reached, then it will be wasting too much time in my personal opinion. However, the project cann still running by applying minimum cap under the softcaps or either reduce softcaps.

For now it is very difficult to achieve what you want to achieve if you don't have all the data that everyone will see and especially investors. Good price for now if 1 token costs $ 1.

Wow! This project is very similar to the project [ANN][ICO]VRT.WORLD - VR WORLD IN ONE TECHNOLOGY (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2485249.0) from 2017, which was never able to raise funds. They had a bounty campaign for which they didn't pay anything because the fundraiser failed.

This project probably died already. There is no any news on their twitter since March. This is strange... VR is very hyped and popular niche nowdays. But I dont know any good successful blockchain project in VR (

I found this project today, I hope it's not too late. ERC20 tokens are very popular. Although many of them are unsuccessful. Good luck for VR Park.
