I'm selling high quality VCC account with ability to create unlimited cards.
It's hard to get this account, and the stock is limited.
As far as I know, there's no other sellers selling this method.
Here's Pros and Cons of the account:

Pros -

1. Ability to create unlimited cards
2. Ability to shop on JP only website. There's a huge demand on this, if you know how to do that, you could build up your own business (dropshipping, game recharging service, etc)

4. Transaction show up on the website immediately after purchase, so you could get code from service like Paypal immediately
5. 3D secure service enabled (Many VCC services don't provide 3D secure service, so you couldn't make purchase on some websites)

Cons -
1. Currency is in JPY
2. Website interface is in Japanese (but you can use google translation easily, and I will also help you if you encounter any issue)

price?vcc reloadable?

Well, frankly saying, the price will be a bit higher than most of the VCC account you can find on the market now (entropay, etc), my previous buyer bid it with $500
There's a reason for that - the account is rare, and with that service, you could almost build a business on your own
If you're a pro, you will know that getting Japanese details is harder than getting UK and US details
Many of the Japanese service only accept domestic cards, and with this account you will have the ability to shop on JP website freely
And there's lots of potential business opportunity in this

And yes, it's reloadable
