Are we allowed to add tracking scripts to our post?

You can't add any scripts to your posts.

Such a lonely post. Anyway, I do not understand whybone need a tracking post when one can check own profile and locate the post you want. Besides it is easier now to locate post especially if you are the one starting the thread. There is an option that you can see directly the threads which you have been started.

Someone tried that with a tracking pixel, the result is an image proxy being implemented.
I think it's safe to say it's not allowed, and it would probably get you red trust if you'd manage to pull it off.

All good, Would have been great to be able to add an Adroll pixel. :)
