When buying from 10% of tokens, investor has the right to take a seat on the management board. These percentages are not cumulative. When buying 90% of tokens, investors will take the same places.

Possibly would be the owner since he do possess already the 90%  ;D

5-10% do have corresponding position on said company but the question on my mind why these projects do really somehow makes guarantee about profitability?
