Bitcoin and Altcoin in general have fall from a great a height with a loss of more than 80% and this calls for a reversal as just like the law of the gravitational force. Will all crypto asset experience bull run  at the same time?
The answer is simply  NO. Every crypto asset have their own bottom. as we see recently the paragon token have bull run of more than 9000% gain change. so every crypto asset have their specific time for bull run. and also as result of the bear event that took place in 2018 ,many crypto asset have given up on their vision and traders don't trade such asset any more while some still hodl believing some day it will rise.

There is nothing like bull run in 2019 , so kindly make up your mind and buy little you can afford now and trade small by small till it might become an ocean in soonest, the market is always swinging and that is the the bull that make a little to be a big and never expect the one time run to success.

You don't have to make things complicated when we once reached again the bull run. As for the people that are very much excited to it, we need to prepare our pockets and take the money from the coins that we held for a very long time.

the only thing you need to succeed in the upcoming pump run is to learn how the market has been working in the past 10 years. start looking at the charts instead of dreaming about some imaginary institutional investors coming in and pumping the prices up! they won't.

First of all, we can't know it we will have a bull run in 2019, a lot of people are talking only to get a personal benefit. We can hope we will get a bull run but the market can go down in 2019 and we can even have bitcoin at 1k for the end of 2019. I don't believe it, but it can happen.
The best way to predict the bull run, if we ever have it, is to read everything you can and get more information possible and invest in the most profitable project.
Remember is easier for an altcoin does +1000% than for a bitcoin does +1000% but is also more easier to get -90% on altcoin than that for bitcoin.
The blockchain seems more and more adopted so the hope for a good 2019 is real. Let's see what will happen.

This post is a keeper. There's no good way in breaking in the market but to stay informed and take the opportnity to learn more about fundamentals or technical stuff. After staying away from the market for a little while I realized that there are still many things that needs to be taken into consideration when trading and hodling.

The biggest preparation anyone can do is to study and learn. Standing still will cause you to be left behind, that is true for bear or bull markets. Keep working hard and improving your understanding and then opportunities will present themselves.

Best preparation is buy on dips and hold until the market recovers but keep in mind that no one knows when it will happen but I believe that market history always repeat. One thing that might trigger the bull market is the launch of Bakkt which is expected to happen on early January of 2019.

this factor in my opinion is enough as a thing that can make bitcoin for this bull run in 2019 and it should be if from the start there have been plans like this so from now on the bull run should have been in the early stages

Yes I guess there is nothing like preparation, we need to buy when the market is low and sell in its peak that's the simple strategy of the market. yes there are lot of expectation on the launch of Bakkt on January, So I hope there will be some interesting turn over this time let's wait for few more days to see that too.

Don't forget to buy the coin right now before the bull run happen and don't be too late to buy at the low price. Besides that, it is better you know how much money you will use to invest/buy any coins in the market and don't go for all in the money. We don't know if the bull run will happen in 2019 or not and we could only guess more and more. But one thing that I know at this moment is we can buy any coins at the low price and sell at a price is up, and we need to do this over and over again so we can get a big profit and we don't have to wait for the bull comes.

I'm hoping next bullrun will occur around ending of 2019 because I'm not yet fully prepared ,I'm hoping to make some money so that I can invest in my favourite altcoins and if it never comes in 2019 i will still not give up

For me the best preparation will be reserve a fund and invest on bitcoin or to other altcoins, In my own opinion those who buy bitcoin on the price of $3,500 below are the most lucky ones.

We might not know if there will be a bull run coming this year or the next year but we are hoping for the best thing to happen. I guess we should focus on what we can do now and what we should know and be well prepared if the market starts to rise up. I am very well prepared on this 2019 bull run that starting few days ago.
I got my bags full of the great tokens and coin that will make up in 2019.
Number 1 on my list is Ethereum and Bitcoin. while 50 percent of my belongings is loyalcoin.

Whales will decide when the next bull run will start, and before entering this market, they should more heavily dump the price, shake out all 'week hands' & even 'strong hands'  ;D. Recent growth which we are now seeing is nothing more than another fomo trap, after a few more such manipulations, speculators and occasional passengers will finally leave the market. Then whales can still wait and dump the price even lower, and when the strongest ones will loss any interest in the market, growth will begin.

With that positive updates about cryptocurrency, my conclusion is that, the thing that we should do now is to buy. Just simple as that, we can expect a bull run too soon and we should be prepared as early as we can and it is now before we are too late.

The first thing you need to understand is that Cryptocurrencies are not like other markets, stock markets, bond markets, commodity and foreign exchange markets did not have to contend with Governments and Regulators treating them like they were committing a crime while they were establishing themselves. I totally disagree with mate on this note that there is nothing like preparation for the next bull run. Trading of crypto instrument or any financial instrument is more than just buy low and sell high strategy. If you carefully read the thread you will understand that if you don't prepare your strategy or modified on them you might experience the same losses and l believe you don't want to do .controlling the mind is a key strategy in trading financial instrument that many people ignore this strategy in recent times

Until the spring, it is imperative to adhere to the old strategy in day trading and a small accumulation of assets for subsequent growth. And there already change the strategy in accordance with the situation.

For me i just buy coins that are moving down and moving up in the market i dont invest in coins that are just moving up because the only way for the high price coins are down after their hype ;) and just buy coins that has realistic project

There is nothing to do for a bull run if you already have some coins waiting for them to moon. If you don't have some promising coins, then you have to buy some and hodl them tightly until the right time comes.

My opinion is that you need to keep for a long time, some coins (EOS, Tron, Stellar, XRP). And others sell as soon as the opportunity presents itself, because they will soon not be worth anything.

Nice piece you got here. Bull run or not, I trade and make profit.  I don't aim for very high profit before converting to a stable coin, that's my rule number one. Also, I don't buy coins because there is rumour about a pump. I buy after careful TA analysis.  2019 will be great everything being equal , so hold some coins in your portfolio for the long term. Some big rumours flying around like facebook stablecoin , coindeal going mainstream etc are good for this crypto space.

The best preparation for a future bull run is to buy promising coins at falling prices. I first of all buy the most popular coins from the top 10. In any case, they will grow in value.

l strongly believe that there will be a bull run, looking at history of btc and how the price action movement in past years and currently shows that there will be a bull run comes 2019 , this is not just a hype but is base on fundamental analysis l did and also taking clue from big whales in the industry . most of the whales have started taking a new position for long closing up short positions recently . we should expect a reversal soon ,the whales are not only traders on the cryptocurrency exchanges but they are also in forex market .

However,everyone who believe in crypto is expected to adapt to market conditions because buying valuable coins/tokens does not in any way guarantee that you will make some profit on the bull run.I pointed out this because many traders sell the coins they wouid have stored in their wallet.They are doing this hoping to buy back at the bottom,but if care is not taken,they might loose at the time bull run will start.
On the hand,my point is,every trader should have coins stored for long term.The trader should not even think of selling it until a huge profit is made.I said this because only the traders that programmed their mindset for long term will enjoy the bull run anytime it comes.

I kinda support what you said about reserving some fund which will set as capital and can be use to invest/buy coins when the market experience some dump in price but every investors must be careful when investing into altcoin cause the crypto market have changed ever since the market blood bath/corrections occurred.
Mind you, we are yet to reach the bottom price and those that are unable to buy during the last bottom price can still seize the moment.

Thanks a lot for your comment mate, really do appreciate but one thing is sure we have reached the bottom, we can not go beyond $3000 . This is impossible base on fundamental analysis which I believe you quite have experience on. Many weak hands have left the crypto space and we don't even have much people buying the dip any more .my thoughts on this analysis is that when there are positive frequent announcement about a financial instrument there is bound to be sudden rise of that asset. Check out most of the crypto news they are fundamental indicators that we have leaving the bottom and approaching upward trend.

We have been through the bear market for quite a long time and it is very worrying to make some people anxious and desperate and now the hope for bulls has begun to appear, then smile to welcome the bull market.

It's never a bad idea to buy up an undervalued asset class. It's also never a bad idea to split your nest-egg up into a few pieces - you never know the timing of when the different asset classes will spike or fall off a cliff, so it just gives you more financial security to diversify.

The next bull run might not occur as usual as we excepted it the way it should be. every month there are bull minor run that we so much neglect because we are all waiting for some kind of whale to pump the price and dump on newbies but that not gonna happen yet . but every little profit such as we see as of today the 24th of December 2018 ,ETH run from $127 to $156 is short bull run that will have yield profit if you make use of the stop loss. this is the reason we need all preparation for next big bull run .

There is no way to tell when the next bull run is going to be so the only preparation I would tell the people who are hodling their coins right now to make is to make sure that they have a set target of a price that they want to sell at because if you do not have a set target you are going to find yourself waiting and thinking it will always go up and you will end up not selling and making any profit

I think there may not any bull run in 2019. When I look at the historical price of Bitcoin, It took more than 3 years to rise again. A year may not be enough.  We will see what will happen.

There will definitely be a bull run in 2019 . This bull run depends on the level of your expection you want your portfolio to rise to. Well as you say i hope that the market will rise in 2019.It this will happen the prices will explode and a lot of investors will be tempted to sell all their Altcoins or Bitcoins, to make some profit after this unfavorable period of BTC.This is why you must be careful with your holdings and don't throw your head forward at every possible price increase.You may be sorry afterwards and even get angry because you could  have made more money if you were patient.

You still need preparation mate in getting the amount of your dream you wish to get for profit. The 10X you rightly refer to might not come ones but it might come in different subsection of profit taking. For example the price of btc might rise but correction effect might take your profit out and the price might also move side ways instead of up and down and if nothing happens to push the price up after correction you might experience a dip. Hence taking profit little by little might result to that 10x profit you want and not a huge bull run.

There is nothing to prepare in this upcoming bull run.
All we need to do is what the best to do daily or every time the market fell.

We cant say that something will happen in a particular time, right? but we must be prepared on what will happen in this comings 2019, so if we want to prepared our selves if there is a bull run in this coming 2019 we must take the opportunity now to buy a lot of good coins in low price and sell it when crypto world reach what we are expecting in that way we can make more money.

Its always possible but rather not expect that much. The last bullrun which didn't continously grow to exceed up to more than $25k had already disappointed a lot particularly to those who bought at the ATH.  ;D  Personally, I'd like to see it grow gradually which we can have some time to trade slowly til we can accumulate more.

You have a point to make . but i can tell you that never expect bull run this coming 2019 . We are all expecting this miracle to happen but crypto bull run never happen as quick as bear market happened .. Crypto market is full of speculation . but let me remind you that there  brokers  behind manipulating the market ..

I don't think that there is another option upon preparing the bullish whether it may come or not next year rather than making our baskets to full and ready for sell-off in a right price.

Aside from study and learn strategy, for me the biggest preparation to be done right now is to buy and hold. Coins, tokens are cheaper this time so why not hoard if you have some funds? If you have some fiat money much better to invest in cryptocurrency right now for you to be able to go with the flow when the market starts to bounce back. My only strategy is the basic one "buy low sell high"  unfortunately I don't have funds this time to buy some cheap coins/tokens.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to guess the price in the cryptocurrency market. I also missed a few opportunities to sell some altcoins for an expensive price.On the other hand,some coins I could not sell for a high price, although I waited a very long time.

One should exclude FOMO and FUD from his emotions forever. There are totally useless and even harmful.
One should stop feeling regret or even some kind of pain when looking backwards on the past charts of BTC or altcoins and think in that way: "damn, I should sell here, before the fall and rebuy here, just here, in this price pit"...

I doubt the bull run will start in 2019, seeing all the problems that exist today. but people will sell the coins they have when the market is on pump. and because of this there will be no bull run. who will buy when everyone sells.

It will be much more hard to be ready to an other bear year. And it may happen.

if you doubt there will be no bull what are your proof for that, that is question you need to answer but in midst of your unclearity if there  is still bull run next year 2019 base on the problems on ground is that there are no problems any more . the major problem we had all through the course of the year is China banning crytocurrency trading within their space zone and also social media like facebook also . but the good news is that the banned have been lifted and even facebook is coming up with their own coin . what we experience this year was mearnt to happen which is reversal of the bull run we had in 2018.

This is a long talk and that’s not what we need. Anyone that wants to prepare for the bull run should simply buy the cryptocurrencyof their choice and keep.

They can decide to be doing some trading while they wait for the time to come, cause we are not even sure if it’s going to be next year, cause it might be next two years to come. Thanks for your comment senior mate , you rightly said you are convinced we at the bottom . what happen after we reach the bottom which is between $3,000 to $2000 as you said this means the price action movement will move in two define direction which is either moving side ways (east to west ) or upwards . l believe from technical view the side ways is mearnt for correction and stability ,so after this price action event there must be upward trend movement which calls for a bull run ,hence there will be a bull run in 2019

Well, I think the best preparation is to buy coins as much as you can and waiting patiently. Still there's is no guarantee for the bull run in upcoming year, it may pump or dump no one is aware of that. But expectations are higher as per experts research let's wait and see that too.

We are leaving in 2018, and since January crypto prices have continued to drop and this December reached its lowest position, for true investors this has become an opportunity to be able to get big profits by buying more.

I would talk about the next bull run only after breaking through the strong historical levels, for a start it is the level of 6500 and the next important level of 8500. After confidently passing them and bargaining above 8500 for a while, then we can confidently talk about the beginning of the next ascending cycle.

I am sure you made this post with detailed study. But honestly there is only one thing that will move this market upwards and thats trust of investors over the collapsed economy of bitcoin.
Most of the people lost their hope last year only and many of them backed out when they saw zero movement in the december month. Well, ideally it was supposed to be going up by the Christmas but nothing like that happened.

I'm buying little bits every dip, but not going overboard. If you look at everything being down 80-90% they're so many gains to make with the next bull run. I think the best preparation for the bitcoin bull run will be to collect as many bitcoins as possible. When the Btc price increases, our holdings in USD will automatically be increased.

I think it is not us that will prepare for the next bull run instead the whales that controlling the market should. I don't think anyone can really tell when the bull run will come so i don't know how else to prepare for the bull than to have some good tokens/coin in your portfolio, now the market is very favourable now, most of top 100 coin on coinmarketcap are very low as it is and affordable, even btc is cheap now compare to 2017/18.
Market is very unpredictable, everything can decide to reverse within few days, and the excitement will spread, but i will suggest to just hodl some good incase the market recover you won't loss out.

4 months into 2019, I'm still not seeing any indication of a bullrun unfortunately. If you still believe one will happen eventually though, you can still top up regularly. Consider it as savings. Definitely better than putting spare change in a jar and keeping them there.

Preparing for the bull run is very necessary and you can do this by investing into cryptocurrencies that is largely traded and has a very large volume. My bet is on the first top 10 cryptocurrencies because when the bull run finally comes those cryptocurrencies would definitely rise in price. Don't waste your time on most of the coins that have been generated by certain ICOs unless it is a project that has a working product that can bring about a regular use of the tokens. I know a few project that has such functions though and they are Vivid Coin, Miracle Tele Tokens, Binance coin etc.

There is nothing wrong by buying cryptocurrencies now because they are very low compare to their all time high prices. It is a good investment for long term and i don't think that you are going to lose a lot of money in terms of long term basis. I am trying to have a three-pronged approach, short term, medium to long term strategies and will sell, or buy, according to the strategies I have in place for each timeline. It's really hard to gage, but you need to have patience above all else and good timing. I had patience, but not good timing in the last Bull run as I didn't sell at ATH and saw my portfolio die all the way down to oblivion. Good timing I think is one of the most important factors in which to be successful in the next Bull market, but also you need to have a good amount accumulated if you want a life-changing experience.

I agree. holding too many altcoins is very confusing. of course one altcoin goes up and not necessarily other altcoins. here we are required to be firm in making decisions. except for those who are experienced, of course they will look for altcoins that have the potential to prepare for the coming bullrun

If we were looking for preparation then those coin that has been set aside for bull run purposes will be put as investment and not for trading purposes, it will be put at risk if you will sell it when there is a sudden drop of the price.

It may be good to collect at the moment, but it would have made more sense to have the bottom-up purchases made earlier, so I did it for the moment, but I can get more than a thought of the future of this bull season.

We had a lot of time during the period of a bloodbath. We had so many chances to buy altcoins for small prices. We could sell BTC for much and buy it for less up to 20 times. Now, if you hold many alts you got that time, you are ready.

That is if the altcoins a bounty hunter got are really good altcoins that worth keeping. One mistake people made in the 2017 bull run was thinking the price would go even higher. It had moved from $1000 to $20,000 in a single year, it was bound to come down because nothing goes up in a straight line. The wise thing would have been to take profits on the way up (because no-one can predict the top). But some people just held thinking it would keep going, and thus missed out.

You mates can prepare by doing the HODL but first you must have a lot of btc and some great altcoins on your portfolio and the perfect time to do that should be this month or on the next few months. The comparison makes sense especially if you try to see the chart on all-time basis. A similar pattern with 2017 chart has already appeared and then the next chart must be another green candle.
I have sold everything to buy bitcoin in a few months ago to prepare for this time and my prediction was true and turn all of my goods that i have sold them all doubled.  ;D
