Why don't you use a site such as https://www.bitrefill.com/buy/steam-usd-voucher Might be easier, and prevents you from getting scammed/ wasting alot of time in P2P deals. Or, you could deposit your money into Bitskins.com, buy skins, and sell those on the market for steam balance, you might get some profit even. Quote it is not my problem to pay first if I notice that the buyer is posting.
