2019 is just about 3 days to come.
How is your foresee upon the prospect of general situation of cryptocurrency market in 2019?
Would the market recover soon and be conducive to do more massive trading, or should we wait for another year?

Better because I believe we are now at the bottom or close to it. So things will be better from now on an I expect in 2019 to see much bigger prices in coins of the crypto market. There must be a bull run coming after all the drops in 2018.

I can only assume that bitcoin could go down again at this point, but I think that in the first quarter of 2019 bitcoin will change the trend to bullish.

I honestly think 2019 would be another great year after a not so good year 2018, there have been some positive changes for over a week now and we should look out for more positivity in the coming months. I think new set of investors and adopters will come into crypto, there are also a lot of events scheduled for next year that could be of huge relevance to the crypto market.

It's very difficult to give some sure and clear predictionn for next, 2019 year.
Of course, we all have hopes and expactacions but we can't know what may happen.
Right now, we have a lot market manipulations and speculations and because of it price is unstable.
Some big news like if SEC approve bitcoin futures may really change current trend and btc price can jump high again but if negative news continue, we may see more price drop.

Bitcoin price is unpredictable we do not know if the price can be recover again this coming 2019 or not it still depends on the supply and demand so if there is great news about bitcoin this coming year expect to bitcoin price to rise up again which can be possible. However, based on my own speculation and based on the old graph last 2015 as you can see on the graph the price movement from 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter of the year is stable and after the 3rd quarter you will see that the price of bitcoin is starting to rise up again which indicate that the price will increase again to $1k value

So, I feel that this coming year that the price of bitcoin can be stable as the same as last 2015 and we will see the price increase again around November and December.

2018 is unlucky for the crypto world because its value has dropped throughout the year and in 2019 I'm sure this will give us big profits. 2019 bitcoin will get better and will increase value in the market.

If successful, there is a good chance the market could pick up again, restoring faith in investors. It's a long shot though!

I supported for you said about the crypto market to reveal it true identity next year due to the two situation(blood bath and market correction) which happened to the crypto in this year and alot of new crypto investors were slaughter. But with the help of the statement made by the IMF boss which literally inspire some countries in planning their own national crypto currencies, we should be expecting more countries in the crypto sphere next year.

Yeah this year is almost end. 2019 is coming and we all hope for recover the market soon. but i thing its not gonna happen fast it'll take more some time to recover the market. may be market will recover middle of next year (totally my opinion).

This 2018, the market price is really in red and all of us become disappoint when the price reach its deep downfall this Last month of the year. We want to welcome the new year 2019 and take experience from 2018. We expect in the new year a stable market where Bitcoin price will hit $10k, market capitalization will grow up, altcoins will recover its lackings observed in 2018.

what people forget here is that price shooting up to the moon is not called "the better market". it is actually the worst kind of market that we can have, it is just people who are happy seeing price rise otherwise nothing is good about it.
what we need is a stable solid rise and it won't happen as long as people are always waiting greedily for that lower price to buy cheaper and then since that never happens they FOMO buy and cause the big price spike that increases the volatility and the further spike size.

I think maybe we still have to wait until Q2 2019 it is a safe time to buy bitcoin. while prices will see a few dips. please be patient do not use all your assets to buy bitcoin at this time, use money that you do not use for everyday life. ;)

we are getting closer to that point where there is no room left to go any lower. bitcoin is currently extremely oversold and that has made it enter an undervalued state and that means the current price is an artificially low one and as soon as the sell pressure that is put there by manipulators to keep the price suppressed is removed the price will shoot up.
we have seen this hundreds of times already, where manipulation keeps the price down and then all of a sudden we see a big spike happening with a big green candle on the charts followed by every newbie crying about how they "missed the lows" and wish they acted differently.

I would venture to suggest that 2019 will be a year of a calm market. In the first half of the year, until April, somewhere, cryptocurrencies will make a final fall into the region of $ 2,000 for Bitcoin. Then there will be a quick rebound, and market stabilization. If I give you a concise answer, I will be lying, we really do not know if it will improve the market, all we can do is see and wait, actually things are very complicated now to see an improvement, but who knows, maybe the new year will surprise us, we are already seeing symptoms of improvement, but with cryptos you never know.

The market should get better, and more mature in my opinion... I think a price close to the historical trend is good. Dec 2017 was an example of too quick, too fast; if it grows gradually but steadily it should be better. Market is finally becoming decoupled. I think this is a good thing, because this implies a more efficient market where people evaluate each project on its own merits. This will increase the likelihood of institutional investors as the market becomes/appears more legitimate.

I do believe the market will be better in 2019 compared to 2018. We have many reasons why bitcoin should appreciate this year 2019 and one of those reason is institutionalized investors trying to come into the market in 2019 through bakkt and ETF approval.  I hope these two should have greater impact on the market in 2019.

only investors who have extensive experience who still believe in bitcoin, those who become new investors will definitely feel disappointed and will never return. but don't worry, I'm sure this year there will be more new investors.

really because now the market has started to change quite well even though it's still slow movement, so this year my prediction of the market will get better and a lot of changes too

$3100 back in December could have been the bottom and now we're going back up... The best way to measure past movement is to consider how long it took for BTC to go back above it's previous ATH.

If we look at those numbers then 2014 crash lasted 1176 days, currently we're only 396 days into this cycle. If we go by that metric then we still have until March 5th 2021 to get above previous ATH, if we can't then will it officially be worse than 2014.

Nothing better yet but there is something worse already happened is Cryptopia exchange which may not going to make any changes in the prices but the people who are trusting the bitcoin may get distracted if they don't have much knowledge about wallet and exchanges wallet.

in my opinion not all new investors leave and will not come back again, some of them still continue to hold the bitcoins they have and continue to expect the price of bitcoin to recover.

Yes, everyone is expecting this year the market should recover but with the news, we are going to hear in this year might be beneficial for the market recovery. We are expecting the market will start to recovering in the coming days but for that, we need to stay strong in the market.

That thing cannot be measured as no one expected during 2017 that bitcoin will reach that ATH, $20,000 is just crazy, and people don't expect price will correct that's why they left holding and regret selling at a low price. That time should be the time to cash out and enjoy, and not being greedy and regret.
I don't believe in figures anymore, market has change a lot and right now, what is vital is just the news and the speculation, as IMO, this is the way to effectively measure the future of bitcoin.

well, we have to be patient until recovery really happens. even for now, I feel that there isn't anything that can make this recovery happen quickly. but, I also believe that this year, the market will really improve soon. the most important thing is we only need to be patient.

At the moment it looks like the market is standing still. Many are expecting great deal to happen this year because 2018 was not so good but it doesn't look like there will be some big changes. I beleive that market will recover and the price will go up again but these changes will take time, this process will develope rather slow. Maybe in the second half of the year we might expect some substantial rise, at the moment investors are still very caucious.

I'm getting flashbacks of the 2017 bull run... and it's being caused by the price action we've been seeing over the past 4 weeks. Lots of sudden and dramatic movements up and down, but with a overall trend of growth. It feels like we're right on the cusp of a big bull season.

As the investor, it's better to remain calm while the other people panic because they cannot wait like us. Yes, I agree that being patience will give something benefits especially if we want to wait.


That is only for people who cannot forget their loss and don't try to eliminate their feeling. I am sure that for people who want to recover their loss, they will try as soon as possible because they don't want to feel sad in a long time. They will try to back to the market, searching for profitable coins to buy and sell, try to make a profit even for a small amount.

most of us want better and thid year many people talking and discussing about when the market is really recover and they are excited for that.  We are waiting for the pumpung to start because other I think are still waiting before they work we need to up the market even a little only so they will follow us because if they see changes for sure they will invest to because they see some improvements.

I think a lesson from last year that we shouldn't expect too big and too high about this year. because I'm afraid it will disappoint you
and make a mass panic like last year. just follow the market moves and take advantage when the opportunity to buy comes.

2019, is going to be a market resetting year.  The bearish trend will be over at this first quarter and from there we would start to see recovery that will create surprise bullish trend or bull run. This year has been project by many experts as a bullish year and I think we are close to that. Forget about what is happening now we are at the time when decision are been taking,  just as it has happened at January last year.  Bitcoin was see to be recovering in January and all of a sudden when see the great crash we have last year.
