Don't list your token on yobit, people already left that site since it possibly being manipulated by some whales to pump some tokens on there.

I remember they write about listing your coin instantly instead of community voting, but i can't find it. Try contact them directly.
Exrates (https://exrates.me/partners) probably still open coin listing, it got rank 19 on coinmarketcap top 100 exchanges. You probably can give a try. Yobit has given me bad experiences in the past
