The bitcoin address that is displayed on that page is unique to each account. Once the stated amount (0.00208333 BTC) has been paid to that address, the page you linked will automatically update to display a form which gives you the option of turning Copper Membership on or off. You can check the status of your transaction by searching it on block explorers like btc.com.
