I have had a winning season and I wasn't planning on betting any more games this season so I decided to withdraw the remaining amount I had on the site 0.185 BTC. I requested the withdrawal on 12/25/18. This is 5 days later now and still no withdrawal. It is showing up an "pending" on their site. I sent them 3 emails asking for an update on when the money will be sent and I haven't gotten a single response, not even an acknowledgement that they have received my emails. Is anyone else having issues getting their money out of Bitcoin Rush? ???
