Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Pmalek on December 31, 2018, 11:12:51 AM Since you are new, please familiarise yourself with the forum rules:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0#post_rules You can use https://coinmarketcap.com/ to view a list of available crypto currencies and the exchanges https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ on which they are traded. But, be aware that the majority of crypto exchanges fake their trading volume, more on that here: https://cryptoscanner.co/article/?article=BTI-Report-A-Majority-of-the-Cryptocurrency-Exchanges-Fake-the-Trading-Volumes-Data Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Yeahpro on December 31, 2018, 11:42:20 AM It depends on what you plan on doing on an exchange, trading, converting or buying (investing).
Binance is a great exchange for converting from one currency to the other. Bitcoin iams available as a base currency in all exchanges, so you would not have a problem converting on majority of them. If you are buying with fiat, check out coinbase. Also familiarize with cryptocurrency basics and how it works. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: DdmrDdmr on December 31, 2018, 11:44:07 AM The poll you’ve placed is inconsistent, and reminds me of another one (which I cannot locate now) created by a Newbie with an incoherent poll. I don’t know if that is a pattern that denotes something …
There are better examples on how to create a poll of a kind, like Best Exchange For New Traders (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2601613.20;viewResults). There are some decent threads that go list them and give a summary of pros/cons of each one, such as List of Decentralized/Centralized Exchanges (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2906237.0). Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: bitmover on December 31, 2018, 12:48:29 PM One of the most reliable exchanges is binance.com
However they do not accept Fiat deposits. So you need an exchange that have a Fiat pair. You need to look for a local exchange so you can trade your Fiat (USD for examples)for Bitcoin. Where are you from? This is a very important question to determine which exchange you should use. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Juggy777 on December 31, 2018, 02:55:52 PM I am new in this bitcoin field. Kindly give your suggestions to understand who is the best in bitcoin exchange. Hey welcome here before you begin investing in bitcoins, I would suggest you to learn a lot about bitcoins as you have zero knowledge of what it is. If you're looking for an exchange then you can check coinbase in my experience that's good, but i would advise you not to store your coins in an exchange as they're risky. I would recommend you to use Electrum, but only download it from it's official site and only update it from their site only. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: jossiel on December 31, 2018, 05:19:46 PM "Blockchain" isnt an exchange but there is a website "blockchain.com" which is .info before and now has an integrated exchange inside it. Before its just a wallet but now if you want to use that exchange inside them, you need to pass on their KYC.
Well, they didnt required it before but now they do. And as for the blockchain itself, you probably misunderstood it as an exchange but it is the technology that bitcoin uses. For the best bitcoin exchange, we have different preferences to declare what's the best and for me it is binance. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Alluro on January 01, 2019, 12:46:32 AM It depends on what coin do you want to trade. Because there are so many different coins and they didn't put on one exchange. The Binance is leading the top volume of exchanges. The volume is an important thing to make trades. If you want to know more exchanges please check out this Top 100 Cryptocurrency Exchanges by Trade Volume (https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/).

With a good daily trading volume and over 400 trading pairs, you can definitely trade anytime you like. What's important in an exchange is the volume and Binance has the best volume for now, in addition, you can trade without passing the KYC. Good luck! Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: madnessteat on January 04, 2019, 12:26:00 PM Since many exchanges are currently inflating trading volumes, I would advise you to use only exchanges that fully provide all the information and have licenses.
For example, you can use: https://bittrex.com https://www.kraken.com https://pro.coinbase.com https://www.bitstamp.net Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: MaxTree on January 04, 2019, 02:58:59 PM What about HitBtc?
Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: cokroalif on January 05, 2019, 12:19:45 PM Where you come from, if you are new you have to deposit with money
there are many BTC exchanges, all exchanges have BTC coins https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: jademaxsuy on January 05, 2019, 01:48:56 PM Binance is the largest exchange by volume! Yeah but i wonder why binance coin could not surpass other crypto basing on rankings where it coul be possible since they had a huge earnings on it. Anyway, well just wait and see this BINANCE exchange it may be great now but there could be some chance that other exchange may gone good as well.Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Upgate on January 06, 2019, 05:16:30 PM From the looks of it you do not understand much of what you talking about.
Bitcoin Blockchain And exchanges are totally different entity Exchanges is like a market or trading place where coins are dealt with either selling or purchasing. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: boyptc on January 06, 2019, 05:23:42 PM What about HitBtc? There are too many complains about this exchange but there are too many good experiences too.Have a glance on their thread --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=378827.0 Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Ciscopro2000 on January 07, 2019, 08:46:39 AM I use Coinbase and Binance. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Agnatez on January 22, 2019, 10:27:04 PM Xchange and Localbitcoins are the best and proven exchangers. I would recommend to always use those services that have already proven themselves in the market.
Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: leowonderful on January 23, 2019, 01:04:55 AM Localbitcoins and Paxful are pretty decent options in general except for the occasional complaint here and there. Most of the scamming you find going on with P2P exchange sites like the sites I just mentioned is related to the people themselves and usually involves payment methods that can be reversed like PayPal. There's lots of account selling for Localbitcoins accounts from what I've seen recently, so even a trader with thousands of trades may be attempting to scam, but in general both sites are very good options for buying Bitcoin if you don't want to go through an exchange and all that.
Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Rooney67 on April 07, 2019, 08:36:18 PM I didn't see anyone mentioning CoinDeal, it's a polish cryptocurrency market - that's why as a patriot ;D I gave it a chance. If you are starting with cryptocurrencies, it's friendly for newbies in subject as well. So far it works really nice and it has fancy additional stuff like ability to vote for a new currency.

Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Ellen Adarna on April 26, 2019, 09:31:51 AM I am new in this bitcoin field. Kindly give your suggestions to understand who is the best in bitcoin exchange. There are a lot great exchange that you can use for you to exchange your bitcoin easily, but you should be careful in entering different sites because you might get scam or get hack. In picking the right exchange it must have great security features that can protect all of your assets like Bittreo, the worlds most advance trading platform that can actually help you to easily exchange your fiats or crypto into bitcoin and vice versa. Bittreo (https://exchange.bittreo.com/?utm_source=ccexchange) has a great features such as data management, real time transaction management, and professional brokerage platform that can actually help you to trading. Bittreo also can offer discounts on our fees for OTC trades such as 20 percent off our OTC fee for the first time a client buys or sells.Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Bitcotalk on May 02, 2019, 05:53:42 AM I am new in this bitcoin field. Kindly give your suggestions to understand who is the best in bitcoin exchange. What you need to do is to checkout popular exchanges in existence and then check the review of their users to see if the exchange is good to trade with or you need to make use of another exchange, though I personally make use of binance for my trade but I don't just advise people to make use of the platform I am making use of just because I like them, I always like people to make their own research about the project before thinking of using them for trading activities or before investing in them if it's a coin.Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Kulkhan on May 02, 2019, 06:11:05 AM I am new in this bitcoin field. then you find the feedback on an exchange you feel you like to use. I suggest use an exchange with a high liquidity as they are surely legit. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: maydna on May 02, 2019, 10:06:39 AM The best exchange will be different for every trader because it depends on how they can feel comfortable to trade in that exchange. And if one trader says A exchange is the best, it doesn't mean that the other trader will be saying the same thing. I already argue with my friend to select a good exchange, and we have a different reason that says A exchange will be the best exchange.
So perhaps, you can get a list of exchange, and you can try by register first on every exchange but don't deposit. Check on every page they have, and you will see what exchange you want to choose. It's something about how to feeling good on the exchange, and you only need to follow the signs. You need to figure out by yourself to find the best exchange that will work well for yourself. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: giltc148 on May 28, 2019, 09:17:27 AM Since you didn’t mention what operations you are looking for on the exchange, whether it’s trading or buying, I’d recommend CEX. It’s a universal option because it combines all these functions. You can easily purchase bitcoin with gbp, usd or euro using your credit card - https://cex.io/buy-bitcoins. The exchange provides a calculator, which shows the amount of bitcoin you will get for a certain amount of fiat currency. Likewise, you can easily trade bitcoin with another coin and bitcoin with fiat currencies. Among advantages, it’s an international exchange with a user-friendly interface and strong security. As good alternative options, you can also check Coinbase, Kraken, and Bitstamp.
Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: JNvak on May 28, 2019, 12:04:00 PM You need to look for an exchange platform with low fees (https://coindeal.com/fees). For example, coindeal has discounts for Segwit users.

Using binance will give much better chances to trade good moving coins, as volume and more traders are participating from this exchange, if you wanted to make good trading experience this exchange will be one of those good place for your investment / trading place.Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: GregH37 on May 31, 2019, 06:39:24 AM During this time I hold several exchanges, but what I often use is binance and indodax. I have never seen much reason to hold more exchanges than just binance, I don’t even have any backup exchange because I know that binance has all that I need from trading volume to low fees and to having the list of coins that is necessary to really make one rich in this cryptocurrency. Hardly would you see record of shitcoin on binance exchange unlike other exchanges. Binance takes proper record of the type of projects they register which is even stricter now with the introduction of their IEO, which means any coin that wishes to register on binance must be quality project with quality product and outstanding team members. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: Vadimka777 on May 31, 2019, 12:31:19 PM I highly recommend www.btc-exchange.com (http://www.btc-exchange.com), I found them last year and it is very easy to use. Moreover, they have almost instant FIAT deposits and withdrawals, usually, it is processed in an hour, but it is worth to mention, that they work only with one bank right now, so you have to be a customer of that bank in order to do fast transactions.
Another exchange is bitstamp.com they are also very fast and easy to use. Only one drawback that their onboarding process is sometimes slow.. Title: Re: Bitcoin exchange Post by: coinhunt on June 27, 2019, 01:00:42 PM Every exchange will offer you bitcoin pairs. The list of exchanges is very extensive. There are some factors to consider that will help you to reduce the list to several best candidates. First and foremost, it’s level of security. I think the fact the platform hasn’t been hacked is a good indicator. Moreover, the number of unhacked exchanges isn’t large - https://cryptonews.com/news/who-remains-in-the-unhacked-exchange-club-after-binance-dram-3825.htm.
Further, you can filter them out focusing on such things as trading fees, payment methods, fiat cryptocurrency support, liquidity, etc. It depends on which aspects you prioritize more. I prefer CEX because it allows fiat to crypto trading: https://cex.io/zec-usd. I like the user-friendly and intuitive interface too. Most importantly, this platform is in the list of unhacked crypto exchanges. |
