I purchased 16 Office 2010 Pro Plus keys from BufferShop which is Buffer's selly shop. I received the keys, and instantly noticed they were going to be invalid because the product keys had the character "N" which 2010 Pro Plus does not. I contacted Microsoft to have them check which type of key it was, and they stated that it was Windows 8 Pro keys. I told Buffer, and he has refused to message me back. I want a refund or replacement keys. MSDN keys stop working within weeks of purchase. However the issue here is he provided me keys to a completely different software key than what I purchased.
