It will be better if you promote your forum locally. Its quite difficult to find followers or users  from this forum for your site, Otherwise start some bitcoin signature campaign to promote your forum. Whatever happens , Core bitcoin community wont leave this forum . So dont waste your energy in this project.

Do you have a verified escrow system to protect buyers and sellers? If not then there is no use of having it. Scammers are lurking everywhere to scam people.

Depends on how much of an answer you can provide to my post. :P This forum has had its share of scams and I no wish to visit another forum without knowing about the escrow system first. If you have any that is. 8)

Your forum name really sucks. Sounds like it's a forum where scammers meet or something like that.
Possible one of the worst names for a Bitcoin forum I could imagine.

The word cheaters doesn't have anything to do with what the forum is about...

In a try to avoid scammers bitcoincheaters team decided to restrict marketplace section to 1 membergroups ONLY!

From now only VIP Members  will be able to make new topics to our Marketplace Sections. There are no exclusions, all Marketplace sections will be restricted.

We all boring about scams in marketplace thats why we make this rules so scammers be care about their accounts

For me, it looks like a copy of Bitcointalk with no alt and local board. How will you compete with marketplace who has escrow functionality?

How can you be so sure that those VIP guys won't scam people either?

The name cheaters its not like a scam but like many forums use xxx-cheaters i like and i choose it
I think scammers be afraid of banned account cause they must create new account and pay again for VIP i think this is 1st way to avoid scammers.
Then i will appriciate if any trust person from here can be an escrow for my forum ! Just to be safe guys !

Even myself do really have bad first impressions just starting to read the forums name. Bitcoincheaters? I dont know whats their criteria on finalizing on using up this name.
Its really inappropriate (on my part). Instead of giving some catchy name you do end up on a disaster which i highly doubt will result into no user will bother to reg up.  ;D

The best forum about bitcoins? come on man, don't try it hard. And you should've chosen a better name of your forum. It's not also SSL secured, sad to say and I agree that why there's a need to divide the people if we can just support the forum.

I see that you are also into donations and you have raised to $158 with your $1,000 goal.

Yes, the name is unique and catchy but I don't think that bitcoin users will flock with that kind of forum name. LOL. We all know that crypto enthusiast are tired of getting scams, hacked and with that kind of name, you won't attract them, heck maybe they won't clicked that link if you haven't fixed and make it secure with SSL.  ;D

Also, I see that you're offering free VIP membership, but does that mean you're going to charge for VIP membership at a later date?

I have already tell about that its too many forums like that xxx-cheaters.com and they providing infos about everything

I was asking how much the VIP membership would cost after those first 30 people have gotten it for free.

It will be 40 $ and this is only to avoid scammers from our forum , here in this forum marketplace is free and there are   full of scammers !

So, why would anyone pay $40 to use the marketplace of a random forum? How does giving it for free to 30 random users make it any safer?

And why do you think a $40 barrier is a good indicator that there will be no scammers? Everyone should use an escrow for their trades, and it shouldn't be different for your forum (that has an disadvantage of costing an extra $40 for no extra protection at all).

30 free VIP accounts its about promotion event if they want scam they will be banned and they will lost VIP membership

go check how it works on blackhatworld.com forum if you wann post in their marketplace you must pay 200 $ but 0 scammers in that forum !

Probably because they are reputable and people have things to lose there. I doubt that people on BlackHatWorld would trust me with a $1000 trade (without escrow) just because I created an account and paid the $200 entry fee.

Meanwhile, your forum is unknown, you aren't trusted and IMO the price is too cheap if its meant to keep the scammers out. I could pay the $30 and scam somebody for $100. Easy money, huh?

You are right but we make price low for the start cause forum is still no populated after all when forum reach people that price will be higher

You really can't charge anything for it, as long as your forum doesn't have active users.
Getting your forum to that point would take you years probably.

Even then I think it would be a bad idea. I've seen many of these sorts of forums come and go, just because it's incredibly difficult to build a community.

$40 VIP membership will definitely not deter the average scammer from paying that small amount to scam people out of large amounts of money. Yes, the smaller operators will not be willing to pay that, because they spam other forums for free with their scams, but the more professional scammer with a long con in mind, will pay that with a smile. <It just gives people a false sense of security to see that the owner of the account is a VIP member>

Once 1 or 2 VIP members successfully scammed people, it will destroy the credibility of the other VIP members on the forum.  ::)
