First of all I would like to thank you for the quality of this forum your advice are very helpful.

Guys I need your help please, I have 100K in my bank account but I don't know exactly what to do. I guess that I will invest 10% in the crypto for an holding of 5 years but with the rest of the money (90K) I don't know what to do. In complement I want earn several million ;)

I am thinking about several business especially on the business of the phone case because there is an increasing sales of smartphone so I want to buy in Alibaba and sell it to a website or develop an application but I don't have a concrete idea.

If you have some good Idea I will be very interest to speak with you or if you are looking for a business partner do not hesitate to contact me. Just to let you know that I am sales account and I am working for IBM in the software entity so develop a business with a customer is my job.

It is not always easy to invest. You have to do a lot of research before you can try to invest correctly to your choice. But  I guess you can still get a lot of suggestion to any person who knows how to invest correctly.

You can't become a millionaire with 100k without risking to lose%90 of it. So it is basically a gamble.

If you want to try, sure you can.

Crypto make people believe they can be rich without nearly doing nothing but 2018 showed that it is not a sure thing. You can also lose big.

I hope you realize that you are in the Bitcoin section, so most people here will tell you to invest in cryptocurrencies.
If you are looking for investment opportunities in startups, then you should learn fundamental analysis and start researching ICO projects, which is currently a lot on the market!
To look for ICOs, you can use Altcoin section on this forum, or ICO rank services.
I'm sure that now you will receive hundreds of interestin ideas in your mailbox, but better be careful.. Cryptoworld is full of scammers!

I am even surprised you are putting this out here, since you've got a fine job with IBM then why don't you keep saving your income until you become a millionaire or until you find a clear cut lead in bitcoin or cryptocurrencies that can help you double up your money? At the moment i wouldn't advice you to invest it into cryptocurrencies unless you can afford to loose the money else then keep it in the bank or learn to trade with it.

I think that first of all you need to understand that you need to store at least 50% in Bitcoin because it is the most stable cryptocurrency

The problem is that there are no expert financial advisors here. OP might get several opinions from everyone but it's still up to him to make the final decision. Nice that you bring up about the risk because it seems the OP is not aware of it.

To the OP, you're possibly attracting bad actors here specially when the amount you are willing to invest. So be careful if you received some PM and offering something in return. I'm sure that you are a intelligent person since you have mentioned that you work at IBM, but it's not smart asking financial advises here. IMHO.

If it were me, I'd diversify it like this:
10% cryptocurrencies.
10% stock.
10% gold/silver.
10% for trading,
and the rest I'll put on bank to get the annual interest.

But believe me, 100k is already a lot of money in my country. You can live happily with that for more than 10 years. So I might be biased. Do your own research OP, and don't believe anyone when they approach you to get your money. This place is full of scammers.

What do you mean lacking capital? He has already said that he is asking what to do with 90% of his money. In my opinion, you could already do a lot with that money and produce more income streams to help you in the future.

I think you shouldn't listen to my advice because I'm not a financial advisor but what I would do if I had that kind of money is that I would explore some business that I could venture out, like trying to open up a cafe, restaurant, events place but I know that wouldn't be enough. So from your bank (where your money is), ask for a loan and make sure that you are going to invest it in a good way. Observe what the market needs, and that's where you focus.

That's what I think you should do. That's if you are willing to risk that money.

That is horrible advice. Investing 100% in something, especially something as risky as a cryptocurrency, is not safe at all. This person demonstrates why you don't ask for investment advice from strangers on the internet. This is the kind of bad advice you will get.


OP, Your expectations are unrealistic. Be patient. Invest your $100000 in quality investments and it will become $1 million in 25 years.

I think this impression itself is wrong that by doing nothing one can be millionaire. It is not a lottery where you can win just by collecting ticket. You need to know when to enter/exit the market. Which coin to hold and when to buy other coins. Their are ample of strategies required to become millionaire.

I think we could invest in crypto. If you diversify your funds and buy the right coins, you would be able to get rich when the market will grows. On account of other business ideas, you must first assess the situation in the place where you live and determine what people need most. Or do something you really like. If these are phones like you wrote, then try this. In any case, you must have perseverance and everything will work out. I wish you luck.

Right reading books and articles about in cryptocurrency it help you to enhance your knowledge and understand more about in cryptocurrency, even you don't have enough capital but you know how to join in this forum you have chance to earn cause you know how it works.

Research is indeed one of the most important ways to invest, it is not as easy as we imagine. But it will run gradually from the smallest value, the most important thing is to always do research and learn to invest in

In my experience if your looking for a fool proof way to get rich quick, you will only find a foolproof way to loose your money.

Better than bitcoin coin.  There is only 1 Bitcoin. Do your research first, and dont expect quick results.

Since you wouldn't do your investment research yourself,and I being a die hard bitcoin believer,ill advice you to invest your 100k in buying that amount worth of bitcoins,and store them/hodl in a hardware wallet for probably a five year period and see what happens.
Always do your own research and take investments advice or strategies from strangers such as myself with something more little than a pinch of salt

If I were you, I would use 50k to invest in crypto. I will divide those 50k into two parts, one part for learning about trading and the other part for invest and hold for a long time. But before I buy and hold, I will buy ledger s nano and then after I bought coins, I send all of the coins to that wallet, and I will save in the secret place.

And for the other 25k, I will try to buy and sell top ten or top twenty coins which I think it will give me more money so I can try to increase the balance and I also get the experience of trading. You can learn more info about trading by reading on many tutorials and watching video on youtube, I am sure you can know the basic, and I think it's enough for you.

Always know diversification is quite helpful when you are interested in various sectors but also note that in general investment requires risk and greed Can be your down fall

I think you can choose some legit masternode coins projects and get some income from that, or choose some sites who offer some % in a year for holding money there. But maybe you want to open a bussines and get money you want faster, choose a good one.

Investing with 100k to become a millionaire at the long run would be a greedy attempt and like most greedy attempts can end up to be the doom of the investor it's best to start slow and rise
